Why we should not take paneer it is good protein,corn is good fibre,curd is good probiotic there is absolutely no problem using them, only paneer or curd we should mind with portion control
@@gayathrimantha751 we cannot..corn and panneer , curd should not be consumed more if we have either thyroid or PCOS or even if we are into weightloss program..I'm not telling in fluke or with half knowledge..telling you as I have already consulted doctor and following it..I'm reducing weight because of it..instead u can have either pomegranate or guava in the mrng , oats chilla for lunch and veg salad for dinner before 5 pm..we will surely reduce fast
