Congratulations on the birth of your child! I hope you’re giving yourself grace.. birth is so hard on the body we need all the time in the world to heal physically and mentally. All the best with breastfeeding, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but sadly my journey came to an end after 2.5 years I also tandem fed my now 10 month old for 9 months. I always found eating porridge, helped my milk produce more and the key ingredient stay hydrated ❤❤
