Step 1: (i) journal before sleeping (ii)3 tasks for next day (iii) write big goal in present tense in 5-10mins then (iv)7hours of sleep Step 2:wake up with a peacefulmind (i)prayer and affirmation after wake up Step 3: Intention setting (i)remember 3 goals Step 4: work in flow state (i)60-90min work without break for 1st goal (ii)3hours of deep flow state(no need for 12 to 14 hours this 3hours=9hours) (iv)make this a habit Step 5: (i)avoid phone after wake up (ii)take break b/w work-50min work 10min break Step 6: 1type of instrumental music during work Step 7: after 3-4 hours of deep work 2hours of break(exercise+yognidra) Step 8 : work session 2-(i)commplete easy task in 1-2hrs (notes making and revision) (ii)principle of recovery: ( 7hours of sleep+exercise+meditation+yoga) (iii) achieve goal=flow state × time make a goal oriented intention bador sleep break the loop of procastination Follow this routine for 3months

Hello, night or morning mey hi jyada external explosion hota hai, jab Ghar mey kids ho. Apki zindagi ke har wo pal jab aap apne aap ko banane ki koshish karte ho aapke bacche apki zindagi ko kahi dur kayi km pichhe push kar dete hai. It's my reality, i m 25 and sometimes i feel I am at the age of 60 or 70.

Step 1: Before sleeping, journal your thoughts. Then, set three tasks for the next day. Write down your big goal in the present tense within 5-10 minutes. Finally, ensure you get 7 hours of sleep. Step 2: Upon waking up, aim to have a peaceful mind. Step 3: Start the day with prayer and affirmation after waking up. During this time, remember your three goals. Step 4: Work in a flow state. Spend 60-90 minutes on the first goal without taking any breaks. Aim for 3 hours of deep flow state (instead of 12 to 14 hours) and develop it into a habit. Step 5: Avoid using your phone right after waking up. Take breaks between work, with a 50-minute work session followed by a 10-minute break. Step 6: Listen to instrumental music of your choice while working. Step 7: After 3-4 hours of deep work, take a 2-hour break. Utilize this time for exercise and yognidra. Step 8: During the second work session, complete easy tasks in 1-2 hours. This may include note-making and revision. Remember the principle of recovery: get 7 hours of sleep, engage in exercise, practice meditation, and do yoga. Align your goals with the flow state multiplied by time to create goal-oriented intentions and break the cycle of procrastination.

Starting from date:14 july 2023,Today onwards hona demo day , As Its 2:56 am, I know Very well, Subh mujhe 7 am tlk uthna hoga directly padhne nhi beth sakti chah ke bhi, ki toh therefore ki I have sleep till 10:00pm so that I can wake up at 4:00am & can grt thode 3hr,but the problem is mujhe bartan maajna hota h which is not A problem for me but meri family mom ko chhor kr night owl h khana khate itna time lagati kr dete h ki chah ke bhi mein time se nhi so sakti. 😢, Or jab mein sone se pehle kuch nhi kr pati padhai ka toh mujhe toh phir stress ke karn need bhi udd jati h...! I don't gonna make this an Excuse, I will find A way hope so, lets see. Come after 15 day 14 july 2023-15 August 2023 Hope iss independence day I get Out from that cycle too. .

Preparing for IIT JEE🙂 . I use to start the day motivated and full of energy🔥😼 . I complete 7-8 hrs study about 6.30 am to 5.30 pm🤏🏻👍🏻. But after that I can not even complete 2-2.5 hrs in between 7 to 12 pm . 🥺I am noticing that about 1 month 💔 After the hardest try I could not 😔 My brain do not response at study😭 any comment viewer who had suffered please tell me the way of overcome 🤞🏻🥺💖
