Hi Peter, you’re so right about exercise. Like you said not only is it good for your body, but also for your mental health. I walk my dog, Mariah daily and I do my exercise bike 3 times a week. I turn up the music and I have my own party 🎉. My favourite day is Fridays ‘cause it’s RNB Fridays on SA FM on the radio. They play all my favourites from the 90’s.

I love that u talk to ur parents everyday. I talk to my mom sometimes several times a day and she lives right behind me. She's 86 but just retired from 30 years as a prison nurse with also 64 years in nursing. She had been furloughed because of her age so she decided not to go back. Unfortunately my dad died before I was born and my mom never remarried so I don't have a dad to talk to. Love ur channel.

My routine is slightly different, mines is shower and dressed then coffee made from my bedroom ( coffee machine) then wake up son make his brekkie and get him ready for school and brush my teeth . School run and then back home another coffee plus my brekkie then start work from home 😀
