Poor Panda! I'm not very clued up on Llamas (or sheep come to that) but it looked like she was concerned and then a bit defensive over panda, sending him away once he was back on his hooves then getting in between the two? But then we tend to put human emotions onto animals when they're probably acting a certain way for an entirely different reason.

That noise is actually highly unusual and I have only heard it a handful of times over the years. It's basically an alarm noise, I guess Panda getting knocked over triggered it. Normally llamas make a very gentle humming sound when they vocalise.
