Morning Update for Bench Lake Fire - July 16, 2024 

🔥 Morning Update on the #2024BenchLakeFire
The fire is now working its way down into the Fishhook Valley in two different locations. It has its crosshairs set on @svtrek's Fishhook Yurt. Hopefully, the swamp and the work done by hot shot crews will help protect it.
I didn't mention it in the video, but Bench Hut appears to be intact! That's a huge win in my book. However, nothing is over yet with 0% containment.
The fire is creeping ever closer to @redfishlakelodge. Today might be the day the fire engines go to work. Best of luck out there to all of the firefighters!
