GRANOLA RECIPE:
- 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups raw nuts (I used pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried fruit *optional
- Chocolate chips or coconut flakes *optional
Mix together and bake at 350F for ~25 mins.
Let cool and rest for 30 mins.
