I'm exactly like this 🤣 I'll spend hours working on a project and then I'll be like why does my back hurt? After leaning over for such a long time lmao
@@LukieLuke5 if my projects are being done digitally I try to lay on my bed so that I can lay back rather than hunching over but unfortunately I still have some projects that I can't do like that
First question: none The second question: you know arrow paradox? Archer shoot arrow. In first time interval arrow will travel 1/2 of the distance, in second interval it travel 1/4, third 1/8 and so on. With every interval it get closer and closer to the target. It reach the target after infinite intervals. But when it will pass the target? After infinity? ;-) Third question: no idea
One of the common misconceptions about posture is that you "aren't allowed to keep funky positions" By all means, you can sit in any position as long as you're changing it frequently. Stretching and exercising is important too.
Thanks for making these really cute animations, I really like them. Keep up the great work! Also, I hope your back doesn't hurt too much. I know your pain T_T

Me: *Not intentionally abuses my back* Also me: *Damn, why does my back hurt?*
If you are physically active (3 to 4 hours a week) it pretty much has you covered in regards to your posture. Age also factors into it. I am a 30 year old powerlifter who bikes and stretches a lot and often sits in contorted positions and have never experienced any pain related to it.
I don't know how I avoid back pain because those poses are highly relatable I make a constant effort to sit up straight and not curl up too much when I sleep, but I don't think i do all that well
being curled up in your sleep isn't a problem as long as its comfortable. although if it hurts to stretch out you shouldn't shy away from that, do some stretches before sleep if that's the case. as for sitting up straight, just try to ram you ass and back against the backrest and you should be good. move around a bit, your best posture is your next posture and all that.
