I love Moroccan people. So far, I meet them only in the U.S., in Austin Texas. I hope to visit Morocco. One auntie used to tutor me on the bus when I went to town. Others came when I had a yard sale. SO good, the people I meet. Esta bueno que yo hablo español Y arabyat 😊
Bro you have done excellent job by showing the people of Morocco who are so warm welcoming. I just started watching your vlogs I am too Pakistan living in 🇰🇼 Kuwait.Keep up showing such places where we couldn't explore by ourselves.
The place is always about the people and when people are this nice I have to highlight that, thank you for watching, I am glad I can help you see the world!!
What the young girl at the bakery was trying to say was Tangier is special in Morocco because you can swim in two beaches in one day: the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. There's a spot where the two meet. Welcome to Morocco.
Morocco is a beautiful amazigh country with Arabic/European/Jewish and subsaharan influence, from tanger to the Sahara❤ Actually north Moroccans have more Iberian ancestry than any other foreign one. Amazigh speaking regions in morocco are Rif region (Nador, Hoceima, etc, north morocco), atlas region (khemisset, khenifra, ouerzazate, merzouga, azrou, etc, middle and high atlas) and souss region (Agadir, tiznit, taghazout, etc.). I’m tired of people always trying to Arabize Morocco with their ignorance, stop dividing us. Moroccans are actually pretty homogenous genetically, the difference is mostly linguistic as some completely abandoned their native language. Therefore, that man was wrong. Fun fact. Tetouan means eyes in tamazight, chefchaouen means the horns) You can never go wrong going to Morocco. Welcome brother! Looking forward to watch your videos. I recommend you to visit Ifrane.
Nour deen the taxi driver was definitely wrong for saying people in the north of Morocco are Arabs. What nonsense!!! What made his claim very absurd was him saying that they all came from Andalusia!!! So that makes them Moors then ie Moroccans not Arabs. It was the Moors who conquered Iberia Mr Noor deen .
'Tanja' the best city in Morocco. The locals aka 'Tanjawis' are the most friendly and chilled of all Morocco's people. It is extremely safe, very affordable if you're coming from US, UK, or western Europe, and the weather is mild sunny slightly wet winters and moderately warm extremely sunny summers. Lots of foreign investment over the last 25 years, especially within the last 10 years, giving it a intriguing blend of ancient and modern. Definitely worth a visit for some winter sun, or some summer buzz when all the foreign-based Tanjawis come home and turn it into a boom town for a few months. There is a reason they call it 'aroos al shomaal' i.e. 'the bride of the north' and Myer did a great job. One of my favourite cities on earth
When you ask tourist what you like about morocco the first what he say it's Moroccan people and food .... So enjoy your time in our country the max 🇲🇦❤️
I have been to Morocco many times. No body ever scammed me as you said. People are very nice and welcoming. in the villages people invite you to their houses.
Mr. Myer:Thanks you so much Mr. Myer in Tangier, Morocco to shows these amazing places in West Africa this week to tours this amazing places in 2024❤❤❤
I am from the Congo and I am married to a seductive woman, especially on the road. I adore this country, its women are beautiful and obedient. Thank God I am a Muslim.
the taxi guy was trying to explain to you that northern moroccans are the people that lived in al andalouss and after the fall of al andalouss (muslim spain and portugal) they were forced to leave it and live in north of morocco
That's not exactly correct though. The original people of Tangiers and the North are Arrifi/Rif people, an amazigh zenata tribe who's lived there for almost 10,000 years. The people who conquered Spain and Portugal in 711 were mostly from that tribe. The refugees from Al Andalus were partly moorish but mostly iberian muslims and jews fleeing the christian Inquisition, but they came much much later (in 2 batches) and they didn't all stay in the North, you can find many of their descendants spread throughout Morocco, in Fes, in Marrakesh, in Meknes, in Rabat, etc.
Welcome brother to Morocco 🇲🇦 we welcome everyone from all over the world with warmth and affection, but as muslim you’re more special you’re with your family, you know that 😊

May Allah answer all your prayers, many blessings to you and your family. From us best wishes "Ramadan Kareem"
My friend, all Moroccans are Amazigh, but it is possible to find some of them carrying a percentage not exceeding 10% of Arab blood. The driver's information is completely inaccurate because in the north there is one of the largest Amazigh factions who are called the Riafah, that is, the people of the rif, and the cinema that u passed by was named cinema rif. They are Amazigh tribes that speak a dialect derived from Amazigh, which is Tarifit.
Yeah, I agree, this is an odd comment. Arabs reached Morocco and established themselves in the area around Fes, and from there spread out to the rest of the country, so everywhere was Amazigh (Berber, though this name derives from Latin, and isn't a compliment...) before Arabization/Islamification.
It is not true. All Moroccans are originally Arabs, the Phoenicians are Arabs, the Berbers are from Yemen, and the Arabs of the conquests are from the center of the Arabian Peninsula and from the north.
@@casablanca3201 wtf u're talking about! Yemeni people are as Arab as it gets, infact Yemeni people hold the Qahtani line of Arab lineage which is the most pure form of Arab ancestry. you should have finished ur history courses. dunno why i\m replying to a hasbara bot anyway
The first university in the whole world was built by a Hijabi Morrocan women(Fatima Al fihri) the university name is Alkaraouin in Fes. Morrocan women are beautifull.
That's actually not a crepe but a "Msemen", it's a traditional Moroccan pastry/bread, and it comes in different varieties, some plain, and other with with fat and ground meat with spices and otjer stuff
Welcome again brother 😊. You have to stay at least 1 month if you want to see all beautiful other's city's like Tetouan Chefchaouen Fes Rabat Casablanca Marrakech Essaouira Agadir Sahara...Have fun brother 😊
I'm afraid that it is not true to say that Moroccans who live in the north are Arabs. Even in the north, we have Riffians who are also Amazaigh. I think the taxi driver referred here to the Moriscos who fled the Andulous from the Spanish Inquisition.
Great stuff brother. have just started watching you. Not sure how long you are in Morocco for but Agadir is a city worth visiting too amongst many nice Cities in the wonderful Country of Morocco!!
Mayer Greetings bro. Med Mahdi From Repuplic of Somaliland come again to Somaliland. i knew your fligh stuck t last year at Egal international airport Hargeisa. You're herro keep going bro.
The taxi driver was defininitly wrong. Tangier is full of amazigh people. In fact, on of the biggest amazigh cities like Nador and Al Hoceima are all in the north.
By the way, Tanger is not only the beautiful city, it is just one of the beautiful cities in Morocco. Wherever you go, you will be amazed by the beauty of the city you visit. For example, Chefchaouen or the Blue City. There is also Marrakesh, which is known internationally. There is the capital, Rabat, which is one of the most beautiful ancient cities. And the city of Fez and essaouira and agadir..and if you go to the desert, you will see other magical and amazing things... and all the people in Morocco are very nice... but as is known in all parts of the world there is good people and there is people that are not good... and I advise you if you go to the big cities... try to not enter the popular neighborhoods while carrying your phone or camera, for example, in the city of Casablanca.... Enjoy your time and welcome to Morocco....🇲🇦
It is not true. All Moroccans are originally Arabs, the Phoenicians are Arabs, the Berbers are from Yemen, and the Arabs of the conquests are from the center of the Arabian Peninsula and from the north.
@@casablanca3201 hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck , the berbers that most of their dna come from iberomaurisians that are the original inhabitants of north africa for over 40000 years ago are from yemen , lmaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The taxi driver doesn't now anythink about history : the originally people of morocco its Amazigh and its majority of morocco and small arabophisme orginally amazigh like this driver
It is not true. All Moroccans are originally Arabs, the Phoenicians are Arabs, the Berbers are from Yemen, and the Arabs of the conquests are from the center of the Arabian Peninsula and from the north.
bro if I speak like an American people dont understand so when I slow down for some reason my accent kinda changes and then they understand haha its reallyy strange I know but it works 😂
The old man with the taxi is a second hand arab. All Moroccans are Amazigh. Read about Rif. Tanger has no unique culture, but multiculture and many kinds of people.
Brother at 7:04 those are not crepes, those are msemmen, and they re 100% Moroccan. Despite the occupation, Morocco has had very very little french influence on its cuisine or culture
There are berbers in the North too .. Riffians😊 And the real arabs aka " banu hassan " live in the south actually (Sahara).. they are very similar to the middle easterns and they speak hassani dialect very close to khaleeji dialects
Please read history , original people of Sahara are also Amazigh , I guess you took your information from Al Jazeera documentary which is all fake they do their best to ignore our Amazigh origins
The taxi driver told you false informations! The people of morocco are Amazigh (Berbers)! He told you: " the north are arab and the south are amazigh"! That's big ignorance from him! The north of morocco are Amazigh (Berbers) divided into two parts "Rifians" and "Djbala"! And by the way the cinema that you have filmed it's name is "Rif"! "Rif" is the name of the big mountain chain, which covers all of northern morocco! That's why the berbers of northern morocco are called the "Rifians"! Enjoy your trip Maher (y)
