Hey guys!
I know it's been a while, but we have been traveling! I wanted to say hi since, not only has it been a while, but really wanted to share this experience since it's been one of my favorite so far. Morocco is such an incredible country and it has so much to offer, but the Sahara is just insanely amazing (as you see from all the times I use this word in this video 😂). Also, the hospitality we've received whether it's at the accommodations we've been staying in or walking through the streets has been top! We've been coming across people who sometimes have so little and they have been giving us so much and we are forever grateful for their hospitality and kindness ❤️

Two couples looking to travel to this camp in mid-April. We like to meet other people so are thinking about a dome tent, but we also do not want to be in the main camp with too many tents. Any input on that?

You both look Italian ancestry, am I right on that one. Glad you are getting some off island time. How do you guys handle your health care coverage on the island being self employed and what about on your travels.

Very close! Both our parents are full Portuguese. My parents are from the Açores and my partner's parents are from mainland Portugal. We pay out of pocket for our healthcare, but we are currently in Portugal for a few months so we didn't renew our American healthcare. We and our children are dual citizens so we have free healthcare when traveling in Europe or while staying in any European country. To be honest - we only get scared of medical costs in the US 😂

Really? I did't know that. I spoke to some locals that said they have visited. I know that most have never been out of the country. I was told multiple things prevent people from leaving - money, difficulty getting a visa, etc. I hope at least my videos can help share what we were able to experience with those who have never been. Thanks for watching ❤️
