For the average farm that is running air carts in this size the tender cart can’t keep up tendering at any of the fields that aren’t close by the yard. Pretty hard to beat a semi and a trailer that can also haul your grain to a terminal...
Neat, but I wonder how practical it is. How many farmers have a spare 450 hp tractor with the hydraulic capacity needed just "kicking around". If you have that tractor, shouldn't it be on an air seeder?
Who has the time to drive a tractor back and forth from the yard to the fields. Most farms has tandem or semi trucks to haul fertilizer and seed. This is a complete waste of time in my eyes
Yep. We already own the semi trailers. They are large, simple, and effective. We then fill with a Brandt conveyor. That thing hauls ass. I like new ideas but this one seems designed for a very small market, at the moment.
