They've not been part of the show for a long time (unless I've missed something). He indulged it for a very long time, and that particular joke isn't funny anymore.
If I had to choose a favorite (although that's virtually impossible) then this would be it. However, singing it live just doesn't do any justice for the studio version. Some songs are not meant to be sung live just like some only sound great live ('What She Said'...'Art Hounds' ...'Mountjoy' )
