You know, Kai and Bonzle’s side plot was easily my biggest problem with Dragons Rising S2 P2 as we hardly saw anything from Never Space, but this comic just solved that problem. If I could rewrite S2 P2, apart from properly introducing the new elemental masters so we get to know them better, I think I would insert this story into the season. Not only would we get to see so much more of Never Space but we’d get to see Kai and Bonzle interacting with each other, bonding and working together as a team. So at the end of the season when they escape Never Space, it feels so much more earned because we literally saw them work hard in order to get home. Also Never Space isn’t a realm. I’m pretty sure Kai just called it that because he doesn’t fully understand it, so he figured it was just easier to call it a realm.
Yeah, I feel like it was a missed opportunity to show Kai and Bonsal interacting with each other while trying to go through never space. Hopefully in dragons rising season 3 it maybe shows a bit more of what happened to them while they were trapped.
Bruh they should have focused on that and the tournament on season 3 and in season 2 part 2 should have been like a build up of showing Arin slowly lose faith in Lloyd!

This might be unrelated to the video, but it’s been on my mind. In Season 3, I’d love to see an episode or moments that explore the connection between Lloyd and Arin, especially regarding their childhood friendships. While Arin is still somewhat in his childhood, the show mentions it’s been "years" since the merge, so there’s definitely room for exploration. I think Lloyd sees a lot of himself in Arin, and after Lloyd meets Frak and learns that he’s one of Arin’s childhood friends, it could really prompt some reflections. It would be interesting to see a flashback to young Lloyd at Darkley’s Boarding School for Bad Boys, perhaps featuring a scene with Brad that highlights their friendship. This parallel between Frak and Brad would emphasize the similarities in their experiences and deepen the connection between Lloyd and Arin. Just a fun thought I wanted to share with everyone!
I really feel like he deserves to rest, he had his ending. Characters like garmadon or pixal didn’t have their ending, where are they now in the merged realms?!
@Brick_kproduction they didn't say he needed too they said that they hope so but as much as I'd like to see morro back because he's been my favourite character for years I do agree he doesn't really need to and doubt he will and tbh I think as he died he sent the powers to a new random host that obviously being euphrasia (not sure I spelt her name right lol)
no, it doesn’t another space exists outside the realms because the departed realm is the afterlife and living beings cannot enter the departed realm also, if it was one of the realms, it would merge with the others when the merge happened.
Ok I have to say that kai and bonzel are kinda interesting.... specially when they spent time in the another space...and kai trying to be more funny at there
This is what was missing in the part too since we barely exploreed the nether space so what was the point of sending kai there if they didn't explore that aspect also the fact that they didn't have a single run in with the other 4 like huh would have loved to see a showdown between kai and the other four
Well, sometimes, we have to think in-universe. The Spell (i forgot her name) and Kai could be thinking that where they are is in another realm or could be reached by one of the ways to travel between realms
The line "you could travel all the realms of ninjago" emphasis on "Of NINJAGO" supports my theory that most realms are continents or islands with exception being the cursed realm and the departed realm and the realm with the skulkin is literally called the underworld so it's probably underground but it's another location for the dead to hang out at and the cursed realm is the preeminent so it's possible that it lives on a continent or island of its own and that it's destruction somehow caused djinnjago to start crumbling it's possible that djinnjago sustained itself with the energy from the preeminent the only possible realms to be on another plane of existence (that I have nothing for) are the departed and possibly cloud kingdom. My theory mainly stems from the land of ninjago starting as one big island which split into two and outside of ninjago and the dark island we don't see other islands of that scale the only island with a civilization/living inhabitants we see is the island with the keepers of the amulet. Realms in ninjago are poorly defined similar to norse myth where it's not clear if they're stacked one on another or around eachother or different worlds. Another possible is that they're literally planets I hope DR provides actual answers on what the realms actually are.
One if they were planets, we would’ve seen them in season three when a ninja just literally went to space. The reason why Djinnjago was destroyed when the cursed realm was destroyed was that of their sibling realms if a sibling realm is destroyed the other goes with it and that’s all it is season six literally told us what the concept of sibling realms is if one of the sibling realms is destroyed the other realm goes with it. Also, the realm of Ninjago did not start as a Ninjago. It was a name given by FSM when he arrived in the realm, which originally was not Ninjago remember in Seabound, we see that Ninjago before FSM arrived was just a huge body of water with only a couple of islands
No, it didn’t all the realms are realms of creation. There’s no such thing as realms of destruction. Nether space is not part of the 16 realms because if it was that means dragons and other ways to travel between realms would be able to access nether space which they can’t because it exists outside the ethereal divide the thing that connects all the realms before the merge also if it was a realm, it would merge with the others
one thing in the pilots if you went at a quick enough speed couldn't you travel through the realms like the skull truck went to a random speed then they went to the underworld
Most likely this is not actually part of the ninjago lure because I would think the creators would make it a never dimension because if it was a realm then they would not need a blood moon to get out since the merge already combined all the 16 realms.
When you travel between rounds, you are passing through the ethereal divide and another space is outside the ethereal divide so you cannot use the way to travel in between realms to another space because it’s not connected to the ethereal divide also if the abilities used to travel between realms did work then there was no point of the blood moon or the sacrifice is needed for the blood moon or the method that Nokt and Rox used to bring the other three of the five back
The round crystal is meant to travel between the rounds if there are no other rounds, there’s no point in using it because you’re not traveling to a new realm anymore because it’s no longer there
He can’t be alive because he’s in the departed realm and it doesn’t make any sense because the realm crystal was destroyed in match of the oni so there’s no way Morro can return
@@himaghnmadhav yeah but it was never mentioned that the departed realm was merged because I think if it was the overlord would involved Chen would be basically everyone the ninja have defeated would be involved if the departed realm was merged so I think highly unlikely that the departed realm is merged
@@RonanCaning-ue6os Dummy when they say all realms merge including the departed realm, which has been confirmed that it did merge, and also the overlord is not in the departed realm. He exists in his own plane of existence when he is defeated same as the FSM in the grasslands at the end of March to the Oni
@@brickdragon7131yeah but it pacifically is mentioned in the show that the departed realm can only be accessed by the spell book from season 4 and the realm crystal or when day of the departed is on it can’t be accessed by Travelers tea or anything else so it’d mess up the lore of the show if they changed anything like that
