Morro is the Tai Lung of the series 4:42 that's the creature that Garmadon brought back to life

4:11 Yah, and that makes even more sense why Wu was angry at the ninja for finding the green ninja scroll back in S1. And Kai was kinda on the same track as Morro, but he was willing to accept that he wasn't the chosen one.

This season introduces such great concepts that I still find intriguing to this day. Lloyd being possessed by Morro, leaving the team without powers and a leader. Mya learning to control her own elemental power, the ninja mastering airjitzu, and forming an interesting alliance with Ronan.

If you look closely in that scene when Wu laid the golden weapons down you can see that the flame sword is missing. It's just a regular sword. Coincidence? The CEO of lego Ninjago doesn't believe so.. He thinks that Wu did it on purpose because he feared that Moro would have become a bad green ninja. So that means he was probably the green ninja. Which makes this whole thing even more interesting because Moro battles with fate.

Yes more of season 5 this is my favourite season along with hands of time but I also love 8-10 Edit: Gods I love Morro’s backstory

i think that this is the second episode and not the first

im still convinced loyd has some of his mental scars from being possessed by morro, imean being possessed sounds rather traumatic. especially by a guy who hates you and everything you stand for, now that i think about it maybe he has some physical scars left too.

Spoiler alert but it's one thing you need to know about up ahead to avoid confusion about Ronan. He was introduced in the Ninjago DS video game. The game's events are considered canon.

Every season has had Ninjago hanging in the balance, but in this season, the Ninja aren't just fighting for Ninjago, or any of the 16 realms. They're also fighting for one of their teammates. 7:14 Ronin being mentioned is a reference to the video game "Shadow of Ronin." Its canonicity is questionable, however, because some of the items featured in it don't line up with the show.
