1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
50g black olives
50g green olives
2 pods of pepperoncini
50g dried tomatoes
15g capers
Juice of one lime
salt and pepper
9 slices of mortadella
3 slices of provolone
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ciabatta
