I really like this rendition of Ermac. His abilities are less like just psychic powers and instead everything about him is much more ghostly/zombie-like, which is cool as hell.
Man. Darrius, Ashura, Nitara, Lei Mi, Sareena, Frost, Shinjinko, Havik and now Mavado. The 3D MK games are getting a lot of love in this. And I'm not complaining one bit about it. 😎
I’m liking how they moved him into being more soul/ghost based than in previous games. Also gives him more of a necromancy vibe now that Quan Chi’s become more eldritch
Yea agree, like this time he has more of like the zombie vibes, leaning pose & the animations too are like he's like just throwing his limbs and smoothly readjusting back, like a corpse. And the ghost are a nice addition too, unlike just the green energy... relates more to his lore/origin. Looks sick, but I haven't played this game and probably won't. This is the only MK that I've skipped.
As a new player, I hope the buttons feel good for my play style. He looks really fun and can't wait to play him. There are other characters I like (Kitana, syndel, etc.) that look fun, but I can't get used to.
Well even if he does he looks like that... But a lot better because it's not tarnishing a beloved IP Jesus Christ why the hell did that remake even come out
This Ermac is SO GOOD! I'm glad most of his moves from the Story Mode were only placeholders, now we've got the definitive, and his mask is amazing. Can't wait to see the other ones he has and his skins! And Mavado was one of my favs from the 3D era, so happy he returned as well.
Kudos for how Mavado looks. A 3D era character who actually looks like they did in the 3D era. And double kudos for improving his Deadly Alliance fatality

Wish they leaned into the skull design, like the skull could be held together by his green magic, and along his body it’s like sinew and muscle held together by it morphing into his actual body
@@ananalparabiabi1200 Hmm... The best example I can give you this... Summoning A man or a living being in spirit form that's visible. Or something that resembles a man or such. Mui Goku's Susano. Or Sasuke's Susano. Summoning an being in energy form.
gostei do novo estilo do ermac, aproveitando ao maximo o conceito dele ter várias almas dentro dele. a ideia de usar essas almas nos ataques caiu como uma luva pra ele. e detalhe: se seguir a ordem mostrada até agora, posso chutar que o próximo DLC será homelander, e takeda seja o último. até aqui, foi um konvidado e um kombatente, nessa ordem. vamos aguardar. O KOMBATE KONTINUA... FINISH HIM!!!
bro, this Ermac has sass - im not down with the whole mummy thing (should have gone with a pirate theme for him), but he's still my favorite character by far.
