There is such a difference between the older neighbor hoods that were built in the 1940s, 50s and 60s in West Africa that had zoning and city planning and the current building that is so haphazard that it looks like people just cleared an opening anywhere in the bush and built a house !!

Hi Yes , it defaulted to Congo Town But our properties are located in Marshall , RIA highway, Brewerville and Lower Margibi by the airport. Our current phase is on the highway and all the other locations I mentioned are where we plan to doing the other phases I’ve alerted the team of SESO

Good point - everyone should do their own due diligence because each bank may have different terms I will say though, this isn’t a Liberia thing , it’s an Africa thing , banks system in Africa when it comes to lending isn’t that favorable as compared to the western world and that’s because of so many reason . But then again , there are a lot of lending systems and platforms in the US and UK that are very predatory, bad and ridiculous. Like some loans that charges 25% or event 27%. Or sub prime mortgages in Red line areas. Folks should be aware no matter where they are , this isn’t a Liberia thing and mortgage is not like buying pig in the bag , not like u won’t be aware of the fees and interest rate before u sign . By using the word beware it’s an indication that it could be something that’s hidden from u but that’s not the case . Just say be prepared for high interest rate , but interest is high everywhere now .
