I just got off the phone with Kade. She was wonderful. She provided me with much needed information and continued to assist me and answer my questions even AFTER it was determined there would be a conflict of interest if I were to continue with her - I contacted a bank one day before seeing this video. I am two years into trying to get my project off the ground and I wish I had found her sooner. I am disappointed I was not able to work with her on this project but I hope to work with her in the future. I highly recommend her.

Good day. I have a few questions. Hope you can assist Is the NHT available to persons not living in Jamaica but have family on the island? Mortgages; what type of mortgages are available to persons in the diaspora wanting to buy land or property in Jamaica. What's is the interest rates currently, what amount of deposit is required and length of mortgage available. Thanks inadvance
