The 11/11/23 Saw Steamrail Victoria's R 711 and 6 carriages charted out for a run into the Gippsland region, the Charter was for organized for the Morwell International Rose Garden Festival.
Beginning at Seddon the train is captured running as empty cars to Southern Cross, After that the train is captured at Toorak, Nar Nar Goon and Trafalgar.
At Morwell passengers alighted from the train and then proceeded as Empty cars to Traralgon where the R was turned and serviced.
On the return run, despite the train not having passengers onboard, the R would still struggle a little to keep traction in Traralgon bank. After this the train is captured at Hearn's Oak, Yarragon and Huntingdale where this Video concludes.
