Moscow attack: 4 visibly-injured suspects in concert hall shooting appear in court

WARNING: Video contains graphic images. Discretion is advised.
The four suspects, accused of the deadliest attack in Russia in two decades, appeared in court on March 24 and 25.
They appeared to have bruises and other injuries, along with one suspect sitting in a wheelchair, but the cause of the injuries remains unclear.
The Kremlin also said on Monday that it was not taking part in discussions about restoring the death penalty, broached by top allies of President Vladimir Putin.
Plus, on Monday, teams of Russian rescue crews continued to clean up debris from the concert hall, Crocus City Hall, where the attack took place, which resulted in the deaths of at least 137 people. Terrorist group ISIS claimed the attack.

Torture is not a reliable source of information gathering, since it changes the motivations for the prisoners to tell the truth, to simply say what ever their torturers want to hear, to end the pain.

First of all the terrorists have been identified since these idiots filmed themselves during the massacre and posted it online. Second of all the torture even though not being 100% reliable like anything else was also a message sent to anyone by the FSB . Rather than give them a cushy cell with 3 square meals and possibly release them after 10 years with compensation like we do in Canada they re basically saying that any terrorist won't stand a chance in Russia. The message is pretty clear and effective.
