Important points : the voltage at which channel is formed between two n type is called threshold voltage. Timing ( 10:24 ) the value of Vds at which drain current becomes constant is called saturation voltage and the situation is called pinch off situation . Timing (13:14 )

N channel Sir agar hm drain ko negative aur source ko positive supply se जोड़े aur gate aur drain ke bich me 1 supply de jo pahle source gate ke bich me thi Tb kya iska उल्टा hoga sir ? Electron source ki taraf flow hoge Agar ha ? to p channel ka kya rol hai ek hi channel bahut hai Main कई साल से mosfet ko samjhne ki kosis kr rha hu pr samajh nhi नही आया
