Lovely apartment, very stylish and bright/airy. The RFID access control front door lock is so cool, a great idea. I love the floor tiles, so easy to clean and they go well with the colour schemes on the walls and ceilings. What a view from the balcony ! It was so nice to be able to see the lit up convention center. These apartments are truly top notch quality and the rental prices seem to me to be very reasonable. Thanks for sharing.

Yes it does but even without the lock you are still guaranteed to have a safe environment because Rwanda is generally safe. There's very very little to no crime grave crime here. Your safety in Rwanda isn't an issue. The country is safe.
