And when people become more wealthy and more educated, they will then want more freedom and democracy…hopefully China will transform into a more democratic society in the future….having said that, democracy has tons of problems such as party politics, politician over promises during elections and do nothing after being elected, extremely slow decision making process that will be a barrier for economic development, periodic government change makes long term economic plan impossible as the new government will scrap the plan laid by the previous government even if it is an excellent plan….I found politicians in democratic countries spending more time on election and party politics than doing actual work, many of them are very selfish and only take care of themselves rather than the people who elected them and the country….in Ancient Greece some wellknown philosophers didn’t think democracy is the best model for mankind, it’s time to find another workable model other than dictatorship and democracy.

There is no national Medicare system in place, it costs a bomb to see a doctor and many cancer patients rather die at home than going to hospital…nothing like in the Hollywood movies…it is like a 3rd world country. It should be normal to any human being. I have to say that Indians are not like this. I have been to india once, although I heard some good words from normal people, everybody that has a business opportunity becomes greedy. They can be tuk drivers, restaurant waiters, or just somebody that helped to take a picture using your phone. The feeling is that Indian lost the confidence after tons of pressure from all kind of governments and invaders for many centuries. That’s one of the reasons that they eagerly convince the love to the nation and yell out jai hind. I don’t know whether india can restore the confidence.
Only previous kangress government was busy in doing that. The current BJP govt does not do that. That's why India is developing at the fastest rate. China is still not developed. It is still developing. Communist govts helps in this though people do not have much freedom.

I living in china around 5years. Chinese people are so welcoming. They respect to foreigners. In 6 ethical parts of chines', respect and help to foreigners is one of them.
The guy with a traditional Chinese lantern, a stick and a gong was the ancient traditional time teller. In ancient China before the arrival of western clock and watches. That time teller or 打更/da jin/da geng will inform the city/town/village areas about the time in every 2 hours. Ancient Chinese time system divided a day into 12 moments. Each moment is 2 hours. Each moment have 8 quarters and each quarter has 15 milimoments which is 1 minute in modern day time system. Usually the time teller was employed by the richest person of the area or employed by the local government/administrator to tell times.
天乾物燥，小心火燭 means, the weather is dry, be careful of fire. 平安無事咯！！ means everything is fine. When something happened to a family e.g. the time teller will quickly shout loudly :"The fifth street Chen family is on fire 五條街陳家失火啦！！救命啊！！ repeatedly and hit the gong in the hand repeatedly

Japanese are polite out side because it is their culture, but inside…most are racist, Koreans are rude in and outside. Chinese are in between ..some are rude and impolite, but most are humble and friendly.
Japan is an island country, South Korea is a peninsula country, and China is a continental country. The beauty of South Korea only exists in K-dramas, but in reality, it is completely different. Being rude and noisy is their norm.
Korean 🇰🇷 are openly abusive and discriminate people from the Indian subcontinent. They behave like so because 🇰🇷 is a culturally insecure country with very little self identity. While 🇯🇵 is indifferent to foreigners. Japanese tend to avoid them altogether.

It's always the people that makes traveling a country more likeable and memorable!! I'll make sure to learn atleast basic mandarin chinese before visiting the country.
