What I love about the movie Nobody is that the main character who is this tough ex trained killer actually takes a lot of hits and actually goes down a few times when wounded it adds more realism which i like a lot
@@williamwinder3466 you’d think it makes perfect sense. But all the Hollywood movies beg to differ. That one of of the few where the main character actually takes a beating as well
I like how it takes time before his instincts and training kicks in. After all, he didn't done his "job" in a while, so it makes perfect sense that he actually needs to take a few hits, before his body and mind would realise what's going on.
None of that seemed like a real scenario. None of that seemed slightly realistic. In real life, that old dude regardless of being an ex “trained killer” - he would’ve got his ass beat to death on that bus. Zomcon Gaming, take yo ass outside and stop believing everything you see on tv as slightly real. 😊✌️
Except the part where nobody calls the police. And he somehow walks away and is never arrested or tried for maiming a bunch of dudes and destroying a bus.
the best part about the bus fight from nobody is not only how realistic it feels, but the fact that after getting thrown out the window he just gets back on the bus
@@Benjy1 I literally found your channel last night and was bummed you hadn’t uploaded in a long time, glad to see you back. I subbed anyway, cool I didn’t even have to wait 24 hours.
@@battheman777 When it's that or death I feel you'd learn pretty quickly. (You can't hear the tone, but ofc, I'm making a joke.) I do love that he didn't want to kill the guy though.
Like others have said, Nobody outshined everything else on this list. Nobody is a direct contrast to The Book of Eli for example, as those two are viewed back to back. Eli takes down all the opponents no problem, while Hutch takes bumps - some of which are pretty serious. While I don't think Nobody takes anything away from the Eli scene, I do think Nobody's double-down on realism makes it stand out so much more.
@@gamersdestiny8239 he almost dies from the last fight he has tho. Just before he made it to the ship. Kinda made it more believable too along with having God over him. I just wish it wasn't the king James version in the movie.
@@chriscain308_MF doesn't he almost die though because he gave up the bible to the main villain? The one thing God tasked him with not doing. So he lost His protection?
@@misawa8629 well yes and no he survived due to him having faith in the Lord and knowing the bible by heart and reciting for it to be written again. Because when he was finished recording it down his eye go white indicating he was blind till God gave him sight to save the Bible
You know, when someone advertises Badass Movie Moments, and doesn't spend most of the video talking about scenes and endlessly setting them up until I want to reach through the computer and crack their skull, I'm the first to offer my serious appreciation. Thanks for putting these together and not talking us to death between scenes!
@@aaronpincus6095 "done incorrectly". i mean youre technically right. cutting open his throat with a pocket knife and forcefully shoving a used straw usually isn't the most medically profound ways of performing a tracheotomy yeah.
Daryl blowing up all those guys was awesome, but it would have been perfect if he had said, "What a shame" and after Sasha and Abraham look at him all confused he then says, "About the bikes." This is because Daryl in The Walking Dead is famous for riding motorcycles, he rides one in real life, and he has his own biking road trip show.
What startled me the most was the last scene where the guy saved the teen’s life, he crushed the kid’s throat so he made him a crude breathing hole to save his life 😅
Just when I thought he was out, we pulled him back in! Praise be our Benjy godtier clips as always man so glad you're back hope your holidays went well
When I see badass-dudes fighting without being hurt is cool, but when Mr badass gets his ass kicked as well and still prevails it makes the character more realistic and human. Understanding it's all choreographed I think the entertaining value is much higher when the main guy is vulnerable to a point... Love all of this shows. I've seen them all and will see them again, and again... Great list!!
the tenet scene is the most realistic feeling fight scene ive ever watched, john washington is really good at making his movement not look choreographed in a fight scene
Great collection.....thanks for your effort. The Walking Dead scene is epic and occurred when the show was at its apex. "Nobody" is like finding out your neighbor is actually John Wick after living next to him for 10 years.
Goals for the new year Show Love Stay Safe Be Good GREAT to hear from you Benjy! Glad 2021 was really good for you; Fantastic edit once again! Great work
So happy you’re still doing this. Been watching these ALL day! In case you haven’t already put it up, got two suggestions - Lucius Vorenus and Titus Pullo “crimelord” scenes in HBO’s Rome and “Anybody Seen Ritchie?” scene with Steven Seagal in Out For Justice.
What always gets me in these kind of scenes, especially Book of Eli and that last one, is that if I see 2 or 3 guys get effed up within seconds of a fight starting, I'm noping right out of there. It's like in the movie Machete when Trejo goes after the guy with the weed wacker after he's stalking around in the backyard and the one guy is just like 'nope, I quit, I'm out' and puts his gun down and walks away. That'd be me.
There's no more badass moment than Riddick's line "I bow to no man". Imagine a superior alien civilization comes to conquer the planet, the entire world surrenders and only one guy says these words directly to their king in front of everyone. Hard to beat that one.
I'd give points for Martin Riggs throwing the torturer's unconscious body into the room and snarling "Who's f@cking next!" in the first Lethal Weapon...
The Walking Dead started to piss me off later on, but when they built up to scenes like that, or another one that comes to mind, was Rick taking out a chunk of that guy’s throat, with his teeth. Nothing like creating a flurry of mixed emotions.
I'm so happy I found your Channel. Instead of searching for movies for an hour. I watch your video and say I'm going to watch that movie. You should get royalties!
