✅ Most Beautiful Azaan Voice | Adhan (Call to prayer) | الأذان بصوت خاشع
The Adhan, also known as the Azan or Athan, is the Islamic call to prayer. It is recited by the muezzin, who is the person appointed to lead and recite the call to prayer from the mosque. The Adhan is delivered five times a day to summon Muslims to perform the mandatory acts of worship, known as Salah or Salat. The five daily prayers occur at specific times: Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (midday), Asr (afternoon), Maghrib (sunset), and Isha (night).
The words of the Adhan are in Arabic and include phrases that affirm the greatness of God (Allah) and the prophethood of Muhammad. The standard form of the Adhan includes the following phrases:
1. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar (God is the Greatest, God is the Greatest)
2. Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah (I bear witness that there is no god except Allah)
3. Ashhadu anna Muhammadur rasul Allah (I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah)
4. Hayya 'ala-s-Salah (Hasten to the prayer)
5. Hayya 'ala-l-Falah (Hasten to success)
6. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar (God is the Greatest, God is the Greatest)
7. La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god except Allah)
During the Fajr prayer (the first prayer of the day), an additional phrase is included: "As-salatu khayrun min an-nawm" (Prayer is better than sleep).
