Thank you for this lovely post. I attended part of my University course at The Dental School in Truro Cornwall so would often go exploring Cornwall at the weekends. It’s a very beautiful and diverse landscape. As you pointed out it’s a very difficult climb down to Pedn Vounder ( Treen) Beach . It’s possible at very low spring tides to walk to it from Porthcurno Beach next to it . Although at high tide the whole beach is pretty much submerged so you would need to climb back up. Much of the Atlantic coast of the U.K. has lovely clear water and white sand beaches. There are many lovely ones in West Wales and the West coast of Scotland and the Western Isles as well. Happy travels to you.
You were very lucky to be able to do that!! I personally think Cornwall is stunning and 2 weeks felt like a very short time while I was there - need to go back for sure! I actually didn't know you could walk from Porthcurno Beach during very low tides, so thank you for that information too :) I am excited to keep on exploring this amazing region of the world :D Wishing you a wonderful weekend!!
Hi there, thank you so much for such a nice comment! Truly appreciate it 😊 you can find all of my camera gear on the description of the video! Look forward to have you guys around! 🥰
The beach is absolutely incredible, and the theatre is a must when in Porthcurno! There has been performances happening at the theatre yes, so if you want to see one, you can pick a date and time when they have performances so you can experience it!
Hey Daniela, I love the way your vlogs are edited. I wanted to know: how do you usually travel between places? For example, to a beach like this one, did you go by bus, doing hitchikking or driving? Regards from Spain :)
Hi Dereila, thank you so much for watching and for your kind comment, it means a lot! 🥰❤️ So.... In my case, it depends. I don't like to drive if I am solo so if I am traveling with people we will mostly drive, but if I am solo I will take public transportations (train, bus...). But my favourite way of traveling solo is mostly bicycle so I will cycle if I can (rent a bicycle or travel with mine if possible). I have not done hitchhiking as I would rather not do it solo I guess, although I ended up going on stranger cars in many occasions 🤣🤣 Love your country and I can't wait to explore it more!
One lady said that this beach reminds her of the beaches in Western Australia . It looks nothing like Western Australian beaches . They are nice though .Thanks for the lovely video 😊
@@danielazziptrips You can film The beaches at Cape Le Grand National Park near Esperance Western Australia . Check out the videos by CJ Explores . They have done a lot of videos on Australia . Keep filming beautiful places because you do good work .
@@asyaborisova1417 hi there! There is certainly a risk associated with taking a baby to this beach. If you would be going with someone else that can help you, then it would be easier, but have in mind that the last bit, just before you get to the sand, you have to jump quite a bit and there's always risk of slipping on the rocks as they get quite slippery. So while you could... I wouldn't recommend it.
I know right? It's stunning! So a quick Google Maps search gave me this: Leeds - Taunton - Truro - Penzance + 42min bus towards Porthcurno. Total of 9h12min journey 😱😱 Looks like it is possible, but quite a journey!
I’ve come by car twice the last 2 summers and totally worth it…each time we went the minack theatre in the evening what an experience as the sun sets.. …stunning beach during the day an absolute must ..will be back this summer 22…can’t wait
@@danielazziptrips I loved that place. I had never thought about traveling to England, but I found that beach so fascinating and different with the theater and a garden overlooking the sea.
@@TheAdrianaPolari same here! It's definitely my favourite place in Cornwall up until now! I feel like England is a country that can surprise us! There's a lot of beauty, but sadly the weather doesn't help!!
I would say it happens way too often, which is sad. I honestly believe if England had great weather it would be as popular as Portugal / Spain / Italy when it comes to being a summer destination.

Of course you can, I don't see why not. Tbh, people in Cornwall (from my experience and others, including British people who do not live there) do tend to be a bit more "exclusive" and might not be pleasant to the visitors who live elsewhere. I was treated differently in some occasions during my trip and I am white. But this beach in specific is quite secluded and most people are really just minding their own business - there's nudists on site too. But just to let you know, I have also met some wonderful people in Cornwall, so I guess it depends of who you find. I will never understand why people have to tread others differently based on their skin colour or nationality when in the end we are all really the same, just with different cultures, religions, languages and beliefs. No one is better or worse than others.
The discussion of beautiful beaches in the UK is one I always find very interesting. Opinions on this are quite varied. I personally still think of this one as the most beautiful but the ones you mentioned look stunning!! Will check them out in the future for sure. Thank you for the suggestions and for watching the video! 😊
I agree the Hebridean beaches are indeed very lovely but you get far more rain and poor weather. Cornwall has a much better climate, and more often to enjoy their fantastic beaches.
