In general the concept of *greater* nations should be more included in the game. Greater Austria, if it doesn't reform austro Hungary, coring south germany and Tyrol. Greater Bohemia which cores silesia. Greater Yugo which cores ALL south slaves. maybe even some debateable meme stuff like greater Ukraine, coring moldova and crimea and the Don region, but definetly GREATER ROMANIA BEING ABLE TO CORE ODESSA, BALTA AND VOIVODINA

@@henriquemachado9941 HOI4 Hhas formables, not really tag switching in the same way as eu4. In eu4, you can culture-switch to tag switch multiple times to many different nations, in hoi4 you can only form the "end goal" of your starting nation.

They fixed the majority of the problems with Battle For The Bosporus (With some exceptions; 2000 Turkish trade investment invites to the human player no matter what country or ideology you are being one that was missed) so chances are they'll at least try to balance this DLC, if not go all the way and try to fix it. Key word here being try, as Paradox rarely outright succeeds at anything.

Usually formables done by a decision give already determined set of states, while events and focuses give current cores, this rule applies like 90% of the time

not really you could do it over multiplayer by having a player each for Brazil, Portugal, Spain, France, England, Australia, New Zealand and Germany tho you would never get maximum core as some of the foci giving you cores (French union) is a RNG event and you can't make it so each territory will say yes all of the time, you can weight it to your favor (maximising compliance, doing all the investment foci and maximising buildings in the states) but even then they can say no
