Spaghetti Junction isn’t especially difficult to navigate, it’s just got this reputation from its unusual design and what it looks like from the air.

Tail of the Dragon (US 129) in North Carolina, USA. 318 curves over 11 miles, with no intersections. Popular with motorcyclists testing their skills, many of whom crash (28 deaths). They used to allow big semi-trucks until about 20 years ago!

... What? Everything said about The Atlantic Ocean Road being dangerous in this video is wrong. Yes, it is close to the ocean, but if the weather is really bad - bad enough that people would be in danger - the road is closed. Notice that they don't say anything in the video about how many people die there every year? Because it is very few; fewer than an average ordinary road elsewhere in the world, since Norwegian roads are amongst the safest in the world. Most of the accidents are caused by tourists paying more attention to the views than the road. :P The Atlantic Ocean Road is a beautiful drive, and the reason it's often mentioned in lists like these is that someone somewhere once saw the pictures of it and thought "that must be incredibly dangerous", then the Internet did its thing. :P

Taihapae , to Napier , NZ . Or , the Waikaremoana to Rotorua road - allow most of the day to travel - very narrow in places - both mentioned roads .

I’d love to drive the road in Alaska! That’s SO tempting! I’d have to have the correct vehicle tho, of course. Something that is a cross between something fairly reasonable to drive and still a semi long term camper. I know just the vehicle! I just wish I had the money and the time to go there. Maybe someday I will. Definitely a bucket list item!

As long as it asphalt, it’s fine, no matter what it looks like. But when it’s one lane, gravel and hand made, like the ones in Asia, lol that’s on a whole other level.

I totally DISAGREE your description of the Swindon Majic roundabout. It is actually very easy to use and has removed a lot of the traffic congestion. If you know how to negoiate a roundabout this is simple. The same with Spaghetti junction, you are only are driving on one lane it you can easliy find out where to go.

Your information on Spaghetti Junction is incorrect as regards to the M5 joining it. Spaghetti Junction is actually Jct 6 whereas the M5 joins at Jct 8

I don't feel the need to drive on any of these roads. For early anything you could see there you could find something comparable somewhere else without risking your life. Although the video was very scenic and interesting! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
