I want to share my recent experience with my hard-earned money purchase of a Tesla-HLE 8 kW Inverter. After just two months, the charging IC stopped working. My installer confirmed that I needed to send it to Islamabad. Despite the hassle, we sent it to the Tesla service center. When it came back, I was shocked to find the filter, which the inverter uses to suck air, was missing. Even more surprising, the inverter's cooling fans were working in reverse, drawing air from the bottom and expelling it from the top. When I asked my installation team, they said Voltronic instructed them to do this. I am really disturbed and upset, not understanding what is actually going on and what they have done to my inverter.
Now, in the third time in 9 months it's mother board has gone faulty. Last time in Aril 24. It had hone faulty and returned after a week causing my generation loss of about 600 kw. It is again heating up to 60 digree temperature. Pleasextry to change it.
very true ,I have the same Tesla 8kw hybrid inverter , but from day one am having problems , one time took it to Tesla Islamabad office , but they say nothing wrong , WiFi is not working at all in their w/shop they don't have any system of putting variable load they just have only one load , they don't have any proper meters to measure also just using a cheap clamp meter
I endorsed your point of view, they don't have qualified technical staff. Further, their response is extremely passive. We should spread our observations so as to confine Tesla to replace with new one..
Assalam o Alaikum My tesla stops heavy load at times..i make it off, Battery off, solar off, then restart.. sometimes it works sometimes don't... please guide me . What can be the cause
