Ok so after I saw your vid I did a blind buy on Pineapple Vintage Intense. Take note that coming into this I do not know how Aventus smells like because I’m poor af, but pineapple is something I always loved ( I came from the tropics) As soon as it arrived, i wore it to work and I swear immediately as I came through the floor I work in, the secretary while on the phone gestured to me you know how chef do with their hands when they smell food? That. And then the thumbs up sign. And then one of my workmates stopped me and said “Are you wearing Aventus? at work?!” At a lost for words I just said no it’s pineapple. I’ll show you later” and then same day, one of my older managers literally sniffed my chest and she said “hmmm that is good” and proceeded to follow me. 2 other girls said “I just smelled something good! Who walked in??” I never had this reaction to a fragrance before and it is nuts! Bad thing is I’m gay and none of the guys came to me. Just the ladies hahahaha
I am a proud patreon to your channel because you deserve more credit than you get from the fragnance community. Most of the fragnance all of these reviewers including the more subs ones are hyping now such as Molecule 01, Parfum de Marly line , Aqua di Gio, you highlighted them way before anybody else. Respect brother.
These pineapple vintage fragrances are great, i just got x batch yesterday and i had like 5 co workers and a few of my patients asking what i was wearing. The pineapple note is great

Kevin Samuels - It would be a good practice to put the names of the perfumes being reviewed in the description of the video for easy reference. It's great when reviewers do this since it allows viewers of the video to easily tell what are the perfumes and also how to actually spell the names. Thanks.
Cool list! I love Creed Aventus and Tom Ford Oud Wood. Best scent I tried for the first time in 2018 has to be Nasomatto Pardon. Black Phantom is another good one. Might have to try Pinapple Vintage Intense soon.

I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, maybe longer, and have been watching a ton of your content. Love it. I've been writing a lot of these down and finally found a place that had some of the niche stuff that is harder to find (At least in Canada). A Saks Fifth Avenue just opened up recently here and they had an MFK section. Got to smell Oud Satin Mood. That stuff is amazing. But when I got to the Grand Soir? I didn't know anything could smell that good. Absolutely stunned. It's liquid gold. If any of you guys haven't smelled it you're seriously missing out. Easily my favorite fragrance I've ever come across so far.
A nicely presented video. I’d love to know what it is about these fragrances in particular that makes them solicit the responses that they do... Is it notes? Is it how the develop? Or does it just boil down to your skin’s relationship with them?
Wow, Kevin, phenomenal list. Pegasus, Oud Satin Mood, Afgano, neither of those garner just as much compliments as the ones you mentioned, what a roller-coaster. More unique or daring frags that get your nose all exciting tend to fall short before such crowd pleases like Pineapple Vintage, Layton or Aventus. Another thing I noticed is that I actually believe you and go with your opinion to the shops to check them frags out and guess what? You didn't let me down ONCE. Thereaybe be scents that I personally wouldn't pull off, simply because of my style and attitude. But damn boy, you do know on what direction to point. Haha, keep up the phenomenal work! Chris McCall nahh man. I think i left two comments in his other videos that he looked like T-mac but it didn’t get much love. The first time i saw one of his videos i really thought it was t-mac getting into the fragrance game. Besides T-Mac wears suits most of the time these days.

Mancera Cedrat Biosee is an amazing Aventus type scent,projects great and smells rich with depth,in fact I like it more than Aventus it's much fruitier!
I was gong to blind buy Creed aventus. I got a free sample. Sprayed it on. Lasted about 20 minutes on me. I could not smell it. Tried it after I put Vaseline on my skin. Same thing. For that I will go with F Black by Ferragamo. I get a few hours from it. But the Tom Ford Grey Vetiver I love it. It is just clean. Can wear it just about anyplace. Maybe not hot date night if you are in your 20's. I am older so it is okay. Think it will like be a gorgeous car or a great wine, just never gets old.
Honestly, there are so many damn fragrances that exist that a top ten list is just too short. I've blind-bought several fragrances based off the most complimented/panty-dropper lists. All in all, I only want more but it's pointless when I have multiple options for any situation. Essential oil extracts are far more powerful and make awesome bases that overshadow the longevity of these different fragrances.
Waw #1 surprised me. Have yu tried X batch? If yu have which one wud yu suggest or are they both that dam good? I've heard nothin but good about both of em.

I can tell you Cats, that an amazing mens exotic fragrance will absolutely endup getting you hooked up with Chicas soooo much easier than most anything else you could ever do..and all just by wearing an amazing fragrance that literally screams.."hey look over here, i'm the shit you should be watching"

Hey Kevin! What do you think about Tom Fords Mandarino di Amalfi Acqua and Tom Ford for Men? Its summer in Brazil so i think they'd be a nice choice for this time of the year.
I have tested out the 1 million paco rabann , the dior sauvage , both eau de parfum version. And i have bought recently noir extreme of tom ford. The noir extreme beat so easily the two other ones. this parfum got only a honorable mention? i guess i will try the other tom ford parfums. Thanks a lot of the recommendation, you can clearly see tha tyou know your perfums. Also guys, please get perfum because it is a must have. Go to any shop, and try out the perfum and smell them. The bottles might seem small but they last quite a few months. So if it is your first time buying an expensive fragrance, dont be scared. Edit: What is the difference between pineapple Vintage intense the one and pineapple Vintage intense ? i dont know which one to pick.

Got all of these except Costume National Soul...on my skin Pardon is no joke followed by a very close second with Grand Soir. All the rest get me great compliments but those get me special compliments😉
I appreciate your recommendations and they may work well for you but definitely not for everyone else. I find lots of women are put off by Oud for example. It can be a very harsh note
Appreciate your honesty 4real. U the first one to say this shit like it is. I own Aventus and Pineapple V intense I get a lot more compliments with Pineapple V than aventus. Matter of fact aventus nor my other 2 other creed fragances take the top 8 spots when it come to compliments. Creeds are ALL overrated and way overpriced.
Interesting that you ASSUME this is my only bottle. And you'll absolutely incorrect about seasonality. If you don't like it that's fine, but if you can't be cool please leave. Thanks.

If you already ran through an entire bottle don't you think holding up that empty bottle would really emphasize how much you actually wore that fragrance ? That's pretty crazy that a fragrance collector with tons of options available to him still managed to burn through 3.4oz of a fragrance that your claiming you don't even wear year round .
You should grab several designer fragrances like The one edp, la nuit ysl, sauvage, bleu edp, allure homme sport extreme just to name a few and have random plp decide between those and aventus to see what happens. I bet a lot of those mofos who do fragance reviews be really butt hurt when they see their $425 bottle of aventus coming in prob last place.

I’ve got a 2018 batch and it’s solid. Tons of compliments. My skin does not hold fragrances more than two hours, but the two exceptions for me is this 2018 batch of Club de Nuit Intense Man and my signature scent, Vintage Parfums X Batch. I’d get another newer batch from 2018 and you’ll be happy you did. No complaints here.

I've been wearing cologne from 2010 till now and believe it or not prada luna rossa sport has got me the most compliments out of anything ever, and I'm talking more than sauvage, D&B the one and acqua the original and the black bottle

by Kevin Samuels no no I’ve seen the delivery times I’ve seen guys complain about delivery times even though on their website it states about delivery times. I’ve seen some guys say they have messaged them enquiringly about shipping locations on their Instagram and email their customer service email without reply. I’ve commented on a few of their Instagram posts and emailed 3 or 4 times asking about their shipping to Australia (usually fragrance websites either don’t ship to Oz or its crazy expensive which is understandable for fragrances Australia is terribly located) but yeah I’ve never had a reply to some questions about ordering or shipping. I didn’t mean it to sound like I was taking a shot I genuinely want to order a few from them and I’ve had some trouble being located in Australia ordering from other places that’s all.
I've ordered from Parfums Vintage 3 times in the past year and aside from the slow shipping which they advise about before even viewing the product they have been great. I think the people complaining are used to Amazon Prime and this is a small company clearly doing their best to meet the demand for the fragrances and it's easy to see why with releases like X Batch, Suave and Intense. Excited to see what else they have this year because X Batch was a nice surprise
