I have lots of family living in Bradenton. My grandparents lived in one of those mobile home parks off 41 but it wasn't too bad back then like it is now. Drugs are a big problem in Bradenton. Thanks for showing everyone whats going on because the news stations only report what they are told to.
The guy who posted this video literally told me on another video comment that "Bradenton ain't crap" when I mentioned how bad things are there... hmm...
Drugs and violence is a big problem EVERYWHERE!! Please do NOT take his video seriously!! I am NOT suggesting that what happened is NOT awful, but he is spinning this story to fit HIS narrative. He actually said that THIS trailer park might be THE most dangerous one in the United States!!! Please think about that and ask yourself if that makes any sense knowing what's happening in the rest of our country???
My grandfather lived in Bradenton and he also live in Arcadia which has been on the worst fl towns as well. 15 years ago both these towns were decent. My grandfather had a very nice large house in Bradenton in a beautiful neighborhood when he passed away. It’s sad that these places have become such a disaster.
Are you serious??? He actually said that THIS trailer park might be THE most dangerous one in the United States!!! Please think about that and ask yourself if that makes any sense knowing what's happening in the rest of our country???
I fish the pond you were walking by, those gums are harmless and you should stay in your lane. I moved here 4 years ago and I love it here. Why don’t you tell how nice it is and the positive. The bumcamps your troweling threw are not murders. You must not ever been less fortunate. Crime rate is sad but you’re going about this the wrong way. I fist bumped the guy selling/giving away those homemade crosses yesterday. I have a duck he made. Maybe you could contribute instead of put down.
Bro we post videos from the beaches like every week.. but sadly this is the type of crap people want to see. I rather do a beach video anyway but it dont get views. Explore my channel and you will see how many videos we done around the beaches here. This is one of my few videos like this. Also i do videos feeding the homeless but people dont see those
Raised in Sarasota... was homeless, addicted and did a lotta dirt for many years in Bradenton. Figured I'd eventually die there. But with the help of drug court and judge Owens, was able to stay clean and make it off the streets. I'll always have a special place in my heart for B-town.
What really strikes me about your videos is how objective you stay while presenting your information. Its so amazing to see in the triggered culture we live in. Thank you young man. You give me hope.
Lol. There’s been 1 person killed in this mobile home park. It’s WAS on the news. And it did not take police 8 hours to respond. And this is definitely NOT the most dangerous mobile home park in Bradenton. So it’s ironic that you see a slew of misinformation as “objective”…
You're not properly educated though. Pic town isn't anything compared to Oneco,Samoset and all the east side. Way more murders and all that happening there but i can garantee you that Jose isn't ever gonna go there. Else if he actually went there and on the east side streets, his go pro and all would be gone in minutes and he would be held at 🔫 point and no more Jose period
Ughh at 1 min 50 seconds that is definitely not a homeless camp, that is definitely trash that's been dumped by the local residents NOT A HOMELESS CAMP
How many homeless camps do you think i have been to? This place has ALL the signs of a homeless camp. You just dont even know. I have been in over 140 homeless camps this year alone on and off camera.. this place has all the signs. You just dont know what your looking at. First access to water… the pump. Suitcases, clothes changes, a place set up to sleep, medication is normal as well every thing here screams homeless camp. Go watch my other homeless camp videos you will see the same exact things
I like your videos. I travel Florida for work and am a native so I see a lot of what you do every day. It doesn't seem to be getting any better as time goes on. Florida is off the chain now a days. We are being hit from every angle from crime to drugs, poverty, out of control rent, property values and inflation. God help us , its a shit show!
gracias por este video - son tantas las personas que quieren mudarse del norte para Brandenton y otros pueblos cercanos sin ver lo que tu enseñastes en el video - se creen que van para un paraiso
isn't that called ghetto fabulous ,, or something like that, it's where they don't use their money for living & savings, they'll use the money they do have to pay for an expensive "show" item before they'll ever pay rent or save a dime to buy a home..
Hey Jose,You are amazing !!! I've seen enough of your video's to say that you are the ultimate survivor!! What you do & where you go to make these informative videos is,of course, you know, very dangerous, hats off to you,for being so courageous to make these fascinating video's about this amazing subject !!! 😰😶
Sooo why ain't the residents of this park getting together and starting a community watch project, why aren't they calling the local newspaper and/or news stations and GIVING THEM A STORY TO REPORT??
Because unfortunately the entire town is corrupted 🤦 corrupted leaders.. Bradenton Has been bad sense the 90's and it's only gotten worse unfortunately. Sad but Truth.! He's right the smart ones move..
Don't pick up crack pipes that you see on the ground. There could be residue that could kill you. But I appreciate your videos. Thanks for covering this topic.
Jose is right....im currently living there....this is getting worse, after this evil SB1718. Its like unstopable fall of what before this law Bradenton looked like. Planning to move...
I used to live in the Largo/Clearwater area, and yeah.. it was bad. I can't imagine living outside in that heat. I was working 2 jobs to make my bills and often would see homeless people sleeping in bushes around the shopping mall at night. I sometimes carried extra waters with me to give them to people on the streets.. My apartment was 560 back in 2013.. 1200 now for a 580 sqf apartment and if I had stayed in FL I'd be lucky if I was making 16 an hour. The place is a death trap.
Thanks for this very informative, investigative video. I commute from south Hillsborough county for work, about a mile and a half north of there. Wow, just wow!
How is this informative? Every city and town in America is got a dump in it like this. Seems to me like somebody has a lot of spare time on his hands and his sending out negative vibes in the world when we need positive. If you don't like where you live, move.
Wow just crazy. Glad your safe can't believe you even touched that pipe. I've heard from a few ppl Ik who live in Florida that when you call the cops they don't want to respond or take forever, tragic. Informative vlog. Stay safe Jose
@@thomasdaniel5308 pic town isn't no hood. It's soft as hell. The real hood is on the east side. Go report there and come back to tell me if you got your camera snatched. PERIOD.
I lived in the piece de resistance of badass mobile home parks in Bradenton 3503 14thst w.the fabulous Trail motel & mobile home park.fron 1990-97. Ask the old timers around there it was rough. It's gone now. Lived in Bradenton sarasota15 yrs total. It'was great back then.
Oh Bradenton how we’re just a small little town that no one really knew about.. I’m born and raised here. I lived here my entire life so far.. 43 years.. I have just accepted that this is the way it’s gonna be. It’s a really sad state/ area… That restaurant used to be Stacy’s, it sat above that lake. The old blue building used to be the China Palace. Welcome the wild wild SE… Soon the rich will only be able to live in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Why do the people that own the lands around here keep building bran new gated subdivisions? They are building new communities out east.. we don’t know how to keep old Florida, we don’t how to keep the older communities thriving.. just build NEW.. no middle class no Del Taco employees that are worth making food. People forget no matter who you vote for, there is a good ol boy network that goes on, there is a different agenda.
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS It's the rich that want decay so they can buy it up cheap and re-develop it and make coin. Evil but true. Condemn an area or neighborhood until you got no problem getting approval to bulldoze it, then build luxury overpriced high rise condominiums right on top of the death of the old community. It's the way of life here on this planet.
Lived on outskirts of that area. Used to be middle to upper class. A place you work hard to live there. I managed food court in Waccamaw retail store. So sad. The whole world is a mess. You take care.
@Jose * thank you so very much for your phenomenal reporting and information work _ sorry to say ( but ) the future of all these places in Florida is looking very bleak * thank you sir 💯✔
I used to live in Tampa Florida, I was born and raised there! I've visited all the surrounding areas such as Bradenton, Ybor City, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, etc... I had friends all over so I was literally all over and when I had to move back in 97 my heart was broken, I hated having to leave. When I think of home this is not what I remember so my heart hurts even more to know that my home changed in a bad way OR I was soo naive that I just didn't see the bad things, even though I grew up in Sulphur Springs so I remember bad shit I remember neither me or my brother could keep bikes cause they stayed gettin stolen, I remember getting jumped in high school cause a girl had a crush on a dude that was crushing on me even though I paid no attention to the dude I still got jumped cause his attention was on me
Great reporting Jose. I love the hat, but maybe it makes you stand out, when you want to blend in. To complete the story maybe you need to tell us what the rents are there, not just the increase. When drugs are illegal, there is money to be made, and the criminals have no problem paying the higher rents.
Ive noticed that Municipal Workers in general despise trailer parks. Planning Deprs and School Districts go into overdrive to block new parks. Police consider the trailer parks a nuisance AND unworthy of devouring the majority of Police Assistance. For better or worse, Police will show up to neighborhoods where they know the registered voters reside.
Good work! I’m just south in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. And no one cares about the poor. Plenty of $ here but plenty of greed. People that lost homes are still living homeless or in run down trailers.
just think about how much it cost the community to have all those ambulances and fire trucks and police and detectives for this crisis of drugs. its a massive business for someone, not just the dealers... that's a crap load of resources spent around the clock to deal with these addicts and their issues.
I live here and everything that you are posting is 100% Right On, yet you have more exploring, Go my McKecknie Field? where the Pirates have Spring Training. A Total Embarrassment!
Investment Banks, investment funds and even hedge funds have been buying up trailer parks in high-growth High land value States. So once those Parks change hands at higher than ever sales prices? The owners or landlords raise the rent. in order to cover the real modern-day costs. and hopefully do Capital improvements on the property. But just as often they're buying the trailer parks with plans to use the underlying grounds for something other than trailers.
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Slumlords die and are replaced by high-rise luxury condominium owners. And in 20 years or so one collapses so they have to tear them all down and rebuild newer one's. They want all of Fl to look like Surfside, eventually. More property tax can be collected and more pay-offs are possible when you go up instead of sideways. You got a permit to build 12 stories but you want to add a penthouse story after construction begins? No problem...just pay the right people enough $$.
Good video Jose , a lot of these people are transitory so today they're in Bradenton and next week they're in Pasco or Ft Myers , so the law enforcement can't keep up with them , and a lot of the time the Law Enforcement simply has the opinion to let them kill each other off with drugs and violence .
There's way worse in Bradenton with gates. Those trailer parks nationwide are bought up by investors who raised the lot rent til they have to move. Then the wrecking ball comes and multi-unit multi-story apts.or condos go in.
All of Florida been going through it for years. One thing I noticed between FL and the Westcoast is that the West Coast cities might have more homeless in certain parts of the downtowns but they don't really bother you. They just live in their tents and do their drugs and might rob a store or car every now and then. The homeless in FL be in tents and bandos (abandoned houses where you squat and trap) high on their bath salts, molly and fenty and they might shoot you on site. I think it's the heat or something...
Bro im from Bradenton and it is jacked up . i have lived now in west pasco county for years and this takes the cake though man. In port richey there was a dead body in a back yard at the end of my street and the cops did not respond for a week. A neighbor kid is on the news saying how bad it smelled😂😂.. At any rate, welcome to Florida
If the police don't come that means a few things, 1 either police don't show cause of too many "misuse of 911 calls" OR the police safety is at risk BUT if that's the case the police definitely shouldn't just turn the blind eye when someone in the trailer park needs help the trailer park needs to work with the police and clean up
Love channel and thanks for heads up to stay clear of these neighborhoods, illegals shouldn’t be allowed to live in senior community with no ID dealing drugs and killing innocent people!
Urban myths live on my friend. The place I grew up in was called Gates Village in Schenectady NY. It wasn't that bad way back then but it's a ghetto now with a crime rate that is crazy.
I lived in Schenectady till 2005. Moved to small town in NC. It was rough when I lived there but plenty of good hearted people. Crime. Homelessness is everywhere my friend. I stay away from cities. You take care.
I hope they get the serial killer out of pet Mobile home Park. That mobile home park should just be for the elderly and not all ages. Prayers for our elderly in that Park. And prayers for the young people to get off drugs and start working somewhere. There's always construction in Bradenton to get a job. And also stay safe out there interviewing the homeless. 🙏🇺🇸
They won’t higher people on probation or a registered felon a lot of kids who grow up in this area go into adulthood still on probation it’s a fucked up system to keep us down they try to get the youth in the system when there young and then there stuck
Hawaii & Florida are VERY similar in the good weather, high cost of living, low rates of pay & their identical homeless problems. Our minimum wage in Hawaii is currently $12 hr; (while a carton of milk is typically $8, and 12 eggs are $10)!!😑 Our homeless build shelters on some of our many beaches. The worst homeless problem is at our Tourist "Mecca;" Waikiki. You can allegedly smell & see the homeless defecating on the sidewalk, and in the public pavilion at Waikiki beach. So, for people to think of Hawaii as "Paradise" it has a pretty fascade, but severe problems with gun violence & drugs behind the scenes. I'm so sorry that Police ignore calls from there for so long. The only thing I can think of that would be valuable; (in a mobile home), to someone, is if they are making Meth inside of it? Very sad for the "Paradise" areas on both sides of our country.😔
Men thats scary to go through their camps. They can easily stab you there. Here in Fayetteville, AR they have seen some of those. Tough for local government to prevent that so far. Saludos!
I think it would be public information on when the call came in and to when they got to the scene, no? I have no idea how to look it up or I would do it for you, lol, but I'm sure someone out there knows how to do it in 2 seconds.
It wont be long b4 gentrification takes care of the area. Palmetto and old Bradenton are prime candidates for a clean up. With housing cost hitting crazy numbers..the poor and working poor days in florida are numbered..hope they have somewhere to go.
Why is it so difficult someone to report thoroughly? Meaning, I am in Tampa at cypress trail mobile home park on third and 8th street and there's been 3 homicides in 47 days..... Some of us actually write articles and would really love some facts that are tangible behind the conversation.
You know, with the way laws are in Florida, a small group of people living in the community could literally get together, arm themselves, and give every other resident their phone number so if things get rough, the local crew will come and handle it long before the police even decide to get off their butts.
It did not take the police 8 hours to respond. This shooting was all over local news. And it was an isolated incident. The police are stationed up in these parks all the time..I live 20 mins away. This guy has no idea what he’s talking about.
Having "no state income tax" doesn't really matter because homeowners insurance and automobile insurance is very expensive in Florida. That's due to the state being in a high risk area for hurricanes, and high volume road traffic.
@@awesomeasever8370Yeah, I left Jax in 2005 when they started converting old Jerry Lewis looking apartments into "fashionable" condos for $140k! Ridiculous! 🤗
10:41 now I know it’s different here in sc but in sc you could rent a mobile home in a park like this for a total of 375 so to think that that’s how much it went up. Now you probably be 30 min ride from any wall Marts or anything like that here in sc for a 350 to 450 trailer and it don’t look as nice the landscape bc we got a lot of red mud and stuff no palm trees but I bet you be surprised how nice of a place you can rent for 450 hell the trailer lots are only 150 if you got your own trailer here and that’s 5 min from a lake again not the nicest place but better then this for anyone who looking to go somewhere else look into the peedmount of sc not to far to the mountain not to far to the coast and you will be able to live for way less and still make 10 12 15 an hr here
