The St Gotthard in Switzerland isn't dangerous at all. It's wide enough, hardly anybody uses it because most of the traffic uses the newer and faster road, and contrary to the comment in the video, it's got a guard wall on the precipice side so you can't drive off the edge. It's actually a lovely, fun drive. There are much scarier roads in the Alps!
The ocean and the winding road would make me sick going around them . the area that I am seeing is beautiful and very green . and they look like that are from other counties .thanks for sharing. ❤
The "Island County Bridge in Washington" is actually the Deception Pass Bridge, which connects Whidbey Island to the rest of Washington state. The images used were NOT the Deception Pass Bridge; they were just more examples of Google Streetview glitches. The video doesn't really explain why it's dangerous. It's two-way traffic on a relatively narrow bridge, and the railings are small and absolutely will not stop you from going over if you get in a collision. The traffic is nice and slow, though, 35-40 mph. On either side of the bridge, you have to deal with the thick Washington rainforest coverage over winding roads, which can make it pretty dark on a cloudy day if no one's using their headlights. Drive carefully. I've driven over it dozens of times; it's pretty bad if you're afraid of heights. If you want to face it on expert level, walk over it. There's parking on either side of the bridge's span for tourists, and there is a pedestrian lane separated from the cars where you can lean right over the 4 foot railing and look at the whirlpools over 180 feet below you! You might see a sea lion! Be CAREFUL. It IS dangerous, and people DO fall off.
Have you tried the road that leads to the Soufriere Volcano in Guadeloupe. Oh yes it is scary. Very scary. Day light turns into fog or night in blink of an eye etc and the roads are very dangerous .
I've been on a ride with a logger in a rig up and down some of the steep narrow snow covered hills in northern Ontario. Just as scary as anything seen on here.
Dangerous roads in a dangerous area with dangerous turns and dangerous cliffs and dangerous bridges that make them some of the most dangerous roads in the world that's especially dangerous. Got it.
I came looking for the thumbnail. It’s at 4:26 if anyone else is looking for that. But I’d suggest watching the whole thing. They’re all impressively dangerous.
君子改過,小人飾非。 改過的人會開悟,飾非的人會迷誤, 永遠要懂得改過自己的缺點 比掩蓋自己的錯誤要好。 A virtuous person corrects their mistakes, whereas a petty person covers up their flaws. Those who correct their mistakes will become enlightened; those who cover up flaws will get lost. It is always better to correct our mistakes than to cover them up.-Words of Wisdom from Master Jun Hong Lu
I highly recommend that one of the most dangerous road is here in the Philippines. It is connected to the province of Leyte to Samar the road is a bridge which is the most dangerous in the Philippines the side by side is already an ocean. Feel free to search on it! Thank you. :)
I think this narrator used one of my college essay as an example for this . I too, have used the word dangerous , very dangerously while writing a 1000 word essay . It was a very dangerous route to take but the professor left me no other road to take 🤷🏼♀️.
These roads are to dangerous , I couldn't nor do I want to experience the ride on any of them. I have a hard time focusing on roads that's not dangerous 😂. God bless all who has traveled them and can tell you their story. The of some of them are beautiful and others are scary. Again God bless all those who could and did, and live to tell their story.
even though I know that thumbnail is clickbait because they're not going to let you drive on a road that's underneath the ocean with whales and all that stuff floating beside I still clicked lol
Actually he include the word “one” of the most dangerous roads…which makes a difference …meaning there’s more than one, That’s considered to be dangerous
Plz tell me I'm not the only person here who came on RU-vid just to watch a specific video, but saw the thumbnail and was just like "I gotta watch this"
This road is very dangerous that it is very dangerous. It is dangerous because it is very dangerous. Driving on this road is extremely dangerous. It is especially dangerous it you're driving on it. It is one of the most dangerous roads in the world, and there's only a few other roads as dangerous as this dangerous road.
I've driven two of them: 1) Hana Highway, Maui, HI USA. In a rented Ford Explorer that was having a transfer-case failure while I was doing it. It's not that bad, just don't doze-off or you'll kill yourself & your passengers. 2) Deception Pass Bridge (it's labeled as "Island County Bridge, Washington" in the video). I've driven this road many times. It's not a big deal, actually, and the pics they show in the video are totally fake (they're actually old Apple Maps of various places in Washington from that short period where Apple's mapping software really, really sucked). The real bridge and road have some awesome views and it's a beautiful, old bridge from the 1929 WPA bridge-building era, but they're not really dangerous at all.
I have been on the road in Romania called Transfagarasan and It's not as scary as it seems and the wiew is incredible up there. Btw when you drive up there, there is a lake almost on the top of the mountain and It's very beautiful.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different stream of income that doesn't depend on the govt especially at this time of this pandemic.
Trading with Mrs Evelyn T hills have change my life from financially misfortune, I can introduce y'all to her, she's from UK and her strategic method of trading works perfectly well.
I’ve been driving the Dalton highway for 17 years, and the State plows it all the time, otherwise it wouldn’t be drive able at all. Of course it could snow a couple feet before it gets plowed, and the road is shut down all the time, it’s does get plowed. The most dangerous part of it is that it gets to -60 in the winter.
The most dangerous roads I know, are deer infested highways in West Virginia, where you have very high odds of hitting one, at a high speed. Once, on a holiday weekend, when the road cleaners were off, I counted 33 deer in 150 miles on I-79 from Charleston to Morgantown.
