Most Electricians Don't Know This Conduit Bending Trick!

You must of had a good batch of conduit. The amount of MT conduit I have sent back due to it splitting or kinking when bending . Wholesalers said we get loads back as these days it’s made of recycled plastic and not a patch on the old stuff

I get nice bends heating up one side then use the spring but bend it over a drain pipe the heated up side goes to the outside as that’s doing all the stretching.

Cold bending. We have benders for that, but that radius you did there wouldn't pass inspection and would be hell to work with.

Another way to get around making a 90 bend with crap plastic conduit (that will just bend and kink) is to just make 2 45 degree sets…you get a slower bend so it’s easier to push/pull cables down and the conduit doesn’t kink…of course sometimes you don’t have the space to do this and a tight 90 is all you can do

I usually use the heat gun as well as the coil to smoothen the bending process of pvc conduit

That's a bendable spring inserted inside the pvc pipe. And that's what we use here in Nigeria.

In this video no tools a electrician would use. Doesn't every body use the hot exhaust pipe to make bends . Great for saddle bends.

Please do a video with warm sand pvc conduit bending. That would be fun.

But you didn't use conduit, maybe you should've said "most plumbers don't know this trick",... also, I don't believe this would work on conduit.
