The dawn was breaking and the light coming from the sun made it look like the world was on fire. It was not a peaceful morning though, it was a morning filled with death. The battle was still going on and tons of blood had been shed. Me and the other knights waded in the blood of our fallen enemies and comrades and we were drenched in sweat after having fought for the whole night. In the heat of the battle, after cutting the head of yet another enemy, I managed for a few seconds to get a glimpse of the surrounding battle field. So many dead people everywhere. As far as my eye could see there were bodies covering the ground and on top or between the bodies, knights of both sides fought against each other. I quickly turned around and saw the body of my brother laying on the ground, completely motionless. He, just like many others, hadn't survived the night. I wanted to mourn his death but I couldn't let my sorrow take control of me, not yet. I had to keep fighting, I had to survive all this. After all, I had promised my wife and children that I would meet them again. I turned away from my brother and rushed over to the nearest enemy and pierced him through his belly with my sword. Another enemy came to his aid and the fighting continued. As the battle continued the sun rose higher and higher in the sky. I swung my sword wildly and killed one enemy after the other. This was a morning of death but it would definitely not be the morning when I would meet my own death!

Is it weird to say that I listen to this when I'm studying? It helps me concentrate and push me to my limits.

It was the most memorable of nights, it was the night, and a start into a new dark dawn. The night we remembered carried the flames of hell to our eyes, in a sense that no light will pierce through the darkness we see before us. We hid behind the rock we knew well when we were at the age of the young, that we thought to find haven in. But there, more horror was to be seen. The queen of the demons raised her sword and said, "With this steel I thrust, let it lead us to a new era. We will bring down the light, in battle we will not loose, neither to the war. Today, We feed Good's blood to evil's blade."

One day, a hero will rise from the ashes of war in the midnight hour like a glorious pheonix. With a sword held high and spirit of hope, a roar cries out beyond the land of hobver, soilders, civilians, captains, and even royals, look upon the sky to see a faint glow has appeared above the horizon. The savior of the land has appeared. She rides in wearing blazing armor with a sword to match its fit. A pheonix like person has risen out onto the battlefield to slay the evil of this land and rid of it the treacherous darkness that have lurked in every corner of the field. With one scream, a bright light shines from her and pair of what looks like wings appear from it. She flies into battle showing no mercy to any that would Defy her or her kingdom.

As the sun was rising, me and the warriors knew it was time. When we entered the battle, our whole army faded. and we had to avenge them after they died. so we grabbed our swords, bows and sabers and prayed, the war would end so we would'nt be enslaved. now here came are enemies as we approached the battlefield, and as they approached, my friends skin peeled. the enemies showed no mercy on us, so when i was the only survivorI had to do what evreyone does,. as i glanced around and saw the leaking blood, i grabbed my confidence and just stood. when i decided to show no mercy on them, i would show them what would be the end . i rose to the sky, like a rising pheonix, and i sucked in all of the power i could get. my sword transformed to the element ive been longing since i was a kid, wich would be to control the undead. when i had the power, i raised my hands high, to let the undead come out and rise. the only ones that i actually revived, were the soul ghosts that fought by my side. as the ghosts flew around, sucking all the enemies souls, i saw the necromancer that immediatly charged for me. i grabbed my undead sword and bow, and got two ghosts by my side, that would never die. we fought as the fires of hell were rising, evrey swing and kick gave me more of a feeling. the feeling was when i was only a child, and worked and worked and never rested. then, i fought for my family, and was the savior of the whole entire land. if i were to die here, i knew i would fail, my friends, family, and my only girlfriend i had. so then i decided to fight with more fury, and went so swift like lightning charging through the sky. as i saw my best friends laying motinless on the ground with a sword/arrow in they're heart, i fought more swiftly to throw away that thought. at last, i gained the power for my sword to charge through his chest, and he fell to the ground and i let him rest. then i walked back to my camp with the rest of the undead, and i rested for so long with nothing but sweat.

In my head, I see two armies: one of good, the other of evil, totally uneven odds, clashing. As they near each other, they are interrupted by a fallen crimson warrior, with a red sun as it's vanguard and herald. After the warrior destroys the evil army, he embraces a well-earned death.

This could be good in a movie trailer!

Fighting Riven, Of A Thousand Voices, with this

I am an elemental mage of the Dragon Forces, the Kingdom's special forces unit. We are said to bring the ferocity and lethality of a dragon into combat. Many of us, including me, have small dragons as familiars (think of Pina from SAO). They're not real dragons, of course, real dragons are quite rare. The only dragon I've seen is our leader's dragon and our leader is the princess. The king has his own matters to deal with, so he passed on leadership of the Dragon Forces to his daughter. Anyway, we're locked in fierce combat with the demons of night. If we loose this fight, those of us who survive will continue into a dark dawn, and eternal darkness. So there's a lot of pressure on us to win this fight. "Water! The source of all life! By my flesh and blood be healed!" I yell as I strike the ground with my staff. The ground around me is flooded with ethereal water, healing all my nearby allies. "Thanks, mage. I almost died." An ally said as he was healed just as a demon slashed him in the chest. He blocked its next attack with his shield, then got it in the neck with his axe. "Where's your armor, axeman?" I asked as he was shirtless, yet still wearing armored greaves, boots and gauntlets. Odd choice of armor for a battle that if we lost, at least 90% of us wouldn't have a tomorrow. "An acid demon melted it about five minutes ago. I keep meaning to go get a new cuirass, but demons keep getting in my way." I look back for a brief moment, but even that is enough for a demon to get me in the leg. I have leather armor, but it still hurt like hell, and I'll probably be slower for a few days. The axeman gets its attention, and I use my elemental magic to smite it with a lightning bolt from my staff, blasting it to dust. "Nice shot. Your leg okay?" He notices me leaning on my staff. "Go. Shield and protect us from harm!" I cast another incantation, this time forming a barrier around him and me. "Base Camp isn't too far behind us, and my Shield Aura will deflect any demon attack, unless it's an overwhelmingly powerful magic attack, but if a demon can do an attack that powerful, we're screwed in this fight." He runs back to get another cuirass, and I turn my attention to the mass of demons confronting us. "Star Searing Flames of Absolution!" I raise my staff as multiple fireballs rain down upon the demons, exploding on impact and destroying some while other are sent flying. I then fall to my knee, leaning on my staff once again. Putting even half my weight on my injured leg and casting a powerful spell? I should know better by now. A few of my allies form a barrier around me as my Shield Aura spell fades. Then I hear a high-pitched dragon cry among the chaos, and my familiar flies in. "I'm okay, what about you?" I ask it, as it clearly sensed I was in trouble. It makes high-pitched dragon noises, which I understand due to the mystic bond between a warrior and familiar. *I'm hurt pretty bad, but I'll live.* "Accept this gift of Healing." I cast an incantation from my kneeling position, healing a larger deal then Healing Aqua. Another's Recovery is only a single target, but it heals a lot more. *I can keep going. Oh, here, in return...* it uses a healing breath power. I can put weight on my leg again. "We're doing a lot of healing recently. Let's do more fighting. Roaring Thunder!" The tip of my staff lets loose with several lightning bolts, striking demons down, and survivors are being hacked down by other warriors. I draw my sword and cut another down, holding my staff in my other hand. This one took a hit from my magic and didn't even slow down. A high magical defense usually means a low physical defense. Then, among the chaos of war, I hear a dragon roar. Not my familiar, deeper and more terrifying. A real dragon dives out of the storm clouds above this unholy battleground and proceeds to annihilate an entire strip of demons with dragon fire, then it banks around and flies back toward us. As it passes overhead, a figure jumps off it, landing near my position. It's the princess, dressed in battle armor. "P-princess Madelyn? What are you doing here?" I ask, stunned by her appearance here. "What does it look like, Josh? I'm here to fight." She draws her sword, gleaming even in the dark of night. A holy weapon, infused with the power of God. It will destroy the demons easily. But even though Princess Madelyn is a great swordfighter, if she dies, our morale will plummet, and a demon will most likely take her sword, channeling its power against us. Just because it's infused with the power of God doesn't mean creatures of Hell can't use it. The power of God really only means it can do whatever its wielder wishes, to an extent. For example, if Madelyn wishes it to destroy demons, it will be quite powerful against them. If she wishes it to end the fight immediately, nothing will happen. "Well, I got your back, Madelyn. I don't plan to loose, either you or this battle." She smiles and touches my injured leg with her sword. Instantly, the pain is gone. Fully healed? Her control over her sword has improved since last time I saw her us it. *I think she likes you.* Sakulaan, my familiar, says as he witnesses the exchange. Luckily, she can't understand him and I had already turned my face towards the demons again, so she wouldn't notice my blush. I think Sakulaan is correct, and I like her too. I've never voiced it as I am too shy to do so. "Shield and protect us from harm!" I cast Shield Aura again and we charge into battle, Madelyn's dragon taking flight again. A few hours later, the battle is won. The Eternal Darkness has been staved off.

And so the army marches. Marches forward to meet me face to face. But this army, no, not even an army. This rabble made of rebels and trash will not face me today. No they are still too far beneath me. They cannot reach me so long as they hold this fragile alliance bound by mere 'bonds'. No, today they shall face the shadows that hide behind the corners of their minds. They will learn what it means to face anxiety and fears. And only those who prove themselves can face me. So come forth heroes! Show me your might! Show me this so called 'unity' and try and fell this villain! For this villain shall use his wiles and cunning to crush you beneath his heels like the dirt beneath his feet! Come heroes! And watch your hopes dim into the dark!

It's not "the most" epic music, but I like it. :)
