You will need to check out their pre-debut video that showcase their individual dance skill, solo singing, rehearsals etc etc. There are 7 XG members, you only see the 4 rappers in Cypher video, the rest are vocals, even though all can sing. Yes Mad talents and they are going for the international Market which is why they are releasing the singles in English.

Their dancing practice (moving version) is also interesting,you can see their power and facial expression more. I heard they practice without music,but just count the rythm.maybe that is why their movements are so synchronized.
