It's only valuable on a very specific rare card (which is always something they should show when showing that car). The car itself is super common.

Yeah, it's all about the card, and the number on the card. There are cars of value that are sold loose. It's about factory mistakes and rare paint jobs and just plain cool factor in demand, like the first issue VW dragbus

Wow that's crazy to see brings back a lot of memories I actually had a few of those as a kid. But who knew right. I think I probably melted and or lit on fire a lot of those. I know for sure I went through a couple of those Red Barons. RLTW 3/75

271 must have the package because 277 is the same car so if you open 271 it's worthless the package is everything to that car

No offence: If you are over 6 years old, Hot Wheels are not for you. These cars featured in this video are only worth the asking price if someone is stupid enough to buy them. Other wise they arre just a fantasy pick in the owners mind.
