I think your doing the right thing you are so non reactive when people quote crazy high prices. I would just react in shock. How does someone expect to get that price for a camera
Money talks and bull$#!+ walks lol. Of course the "pile" was in the middle of everything else that's for sale so somebody probably picked it up and bought it
Dustin, why oh why didn’t you at least ask the people if they might possibly have the disc somewhere? You were so incredibly gracious regarding that binder of basketball cards. I was so frustrated for you. Guess there’s always a risk when we make a pile and walk away for a bit. Bless you for your gracious attitude! And so sweet of you to give the little girl the plushy. Was she a customer or that she live there?
Lol, $1 Million. Love the videos. I started selling on eBay last year after a work injury. It's been a learning experience to say the least, but I think I'm finally going somewhere. Your videos have helped me immensely on how to source from garage sales. I've learned that you don't have to be pushy, just friendly and respectful to get deals.
More people are checking things out on EBay and think their items are worth the Highest posted prices. Some people though, are selling just to get rid of things.
That first guy in the garage knew exactly what happened to those binders. Acting way too vague. You’re so calm in these situations. Pay for the stuff when you find it and get a sold sticker on it asap.
I never let anything out of my sight at any sales. I always bring my big blue Ikea bag. There are way to many Estate/garage sale absconders. Even though the person selling the item says they will watch it they will get distracted by someone else.
I lose interest in a hurry when people start telling you what it cost, what it's worth, or what YOU can sell it for. And how can a seller watch your pile when he leaves???
The lady at the expensive sale was a re-saler........dollars to donuts she was.......and she was helping a family member with her yard sale........just guessing....LOL
Today's EPPM- the debut of the next garage sale timer... Been following your videos for a while, it's really cool to see the small improvements that add up over time. Feel like you are really hitting your stride. Hope this channel keeps growing man.
I have had that happen to me on no early birds stuff. But I show up on time and they say. Well someone just bought this and that hour ago. Or see all these signs and then no sales around. Take down your signs people! Lol
You know what I watch a lot of garage sales on RU-vid I don't understand why they prize is so high they know they can't get rich off of garage sales but if you retail it it's a different story
You need to get one of those old lady carts, (I'm an old lady so I can call it that), like they use for groceries. It's funny when you take out that little bag you use and then buy a ton of stuff.
God, seeing that Persona 2 missing the game disc hurts! Still amazing value and as a collector myself I would love to have it and find a disc to complete it for the collection. Great finds.
How much was the Hairdressers Practice Mannequin Head going for? You should be able to easily get $25 to $30 for them. I’ve picked them up for $3 to $5 for them and got $30 each. Thanks Again for another informative “Lesson” 😊
USED it once or USED it 20x its still USED grandma 👵 lol. I cant do that when people are "I only used it 3x but im asking brand new prices at a garage sale"
I had Persona Revelations for PS1, the price on that was insane lol. I sold it for less than it was worth because I wanted to clean out my apartment. But I was glad I ended up keeping it since my teenage years lol.
Hi all, 🐨🦘🇭🇲🦘🐨 Maybe put your gear in your blue bag pay for your items, then come back for 2nd's?. Making piles sux .... Not the first time someone swooped on your goodies.... cheers all.. P.S I'm wondering if that other disc is in the machine?
That head was a beauty school/ hairdresser mannequin,to teach and learn how to do hair just bought two for my daughter at 150 each, depending on price could have been a good deal
It takes a disturbed individual to buy Bibles to sell to make a profit on the lord's book shouldn't be getting sold for profit that shows you that greed destroys the soul
Questions, should the company manufacturing the bible make a profit? Should the retailer with it on their shelf be able to profit? Or is it only me, the little guy who isn't allowed to make money?
