Sea run cut throats or steel head are my favorite. Caught so many kings and silvers from California to Canada for years. Nothing like fresh caught salmon in the ocean..once they hit fresh water they change
Hell yes! Jordan is the only one I consistently watch on Addicted Fishing’s channel. His energy and excitement is just infectious. I’m so happy you guys did a collab. I hope there’s more like this coming.
Everyone always tags the Addicted Fishing channel instead of Jordans solo channel. And I always forget the name of it. Do you remember his solo channel name? It’s actually hard to find just searching his name and such. I feel like maybe he should change the name so it comes up in searches better. Or include better tags.
I’ve got a couple things to say.. 1. This is one of my favorite videos you’ve made. 2. I loved Jordan he’s so funny and just seems like a good guy 3. The pup stole the show
Hope you guys enjoy the travel videos. I got a special guest coming to stay with Brook and I tomorrow. Comment below your guess! Hint: *They are from California*
I’m an Oregon viewer and I absolutely loved this content and watch Jordan and his crew a lot, was a blast to watch this great content with the two of you! Do it again.. haha please
Glad you guys were able to make it out here. Was stoked to see 2 of my favorite fishing channel's get together. Hope you get a chance to fish for some oversize sturgeon while you're here, and go get some fresh Dungeness Crab at the coast before you go, you'll never want your lobster's again!
@@SlurryNoisesmayo on my salmon a think layer to let the montreal steak seasoning stick better and on the BBQ it goes. Best salmon I ever had and I can taste the salmon perfectly. I get it. Seems weird but think of it this way. Most people make Tuna or salmon salad sandwiches and use mayo too.
Welcome to the Northwest. Glad to see you enjoying the fishing I am used to, the Addicted team does a great job sharing content and educating for our area fisheries as you do for Florida. Looking forward to another trip to Key West to use some of your teaching . Thanks.
Hella Jealous not going to lie! Always wanted to fish with Jordan his energy is unmatched and his respect and Knowledge in the fishing community is hands down Idle worthy for sure
I'm from the NW, salmon/steelhead/trout/sturgeon all the way. Then eventually YT suggested Landshark videos. I became a fan of what you guys do down south and now you're in our corner of the country seeing what we do. Very cool.
@@LandsharkOutdoors not at all the Pacific NorthWest is stunning! Ive lived in New England my whole life the scenery and fishing out this way is pretty great as well depending the season and type of fish you're going after! Striped Bass, Tuna, Fluke, Flounder , Rainbow Brown & Brook trout are all really fun to go for!
Welcome to Oregon. I commercial fished for salmon for 15 years and have been an avid sport fisherman for 30 more. Springer Salmon is highly prized and you are fortunate to have gotten to experience one. By the way, this is not our typical April weather.
Rad to see you out here with the Addicted crew. I'm a Stuart native that has been out here in the PNW for over a decade now, so it's cool to see channels from both walks of my life joining forces!
I am so envious. I wish we had the opportunities to go sea fishing in the sun where we can catch so many varieties of wonderful fish. Great videos mate well played and keep them coming.
We are lucky enough to have this as one of our main sport fish in my area, absolutely nothing like it. Best tasting salmon on the planet! Hope you had a blast, always appreciate seeing your methods of cooking 💪👌🤙
Welcome to our home state. Spring Chinook Salmon are the best. I have fished here for 60+ years I've eaten all the Salmon the Pacific Northwest Offers.
This video made me kinda feel like im out there hanging out with you guys feels close to home idk maybe i just like the outdoors and fresh water fishing
So glad you got to come to my Home state and enjoy the best Salmon on the planet. Spring Chinook. Fat marbling like A5 wagu. Hopefully Jordan invites the both of you for summer fishing on the ocean and Bouy 10 fishing on the Columbia. Long time watcher of your channel and was waiting for you two to get here and figured it would be addicted to make it happen. Best wishes
I started watching these Landshark videos over a month ago. Victor does a great job. It's like going on a mini vacation. I love to cook. I'm getting good filet lessons.
Tiny was ready to eat that first salmon as soon as you got it in the boat

Your fishing equipment is fantastic, this pond has great fish, you are a very lucky fisherman, Congratulations!👍🎣🐟🐠🔝 *_I love your videos!_* 🥰 God bless you always!
Heading out for lake trout this Friday (first trip of the year) and that pesto and mayo recipe is on the menu! Now I just need a fish....Great video. Cheers.
I've watched several of your videos and enjoy them. Catching halibut in Alaska and the trip to the islands off southern California and the rockfish and yellowtail. In 1978-1979 I spent 19 months in Kodiak Alaska and caught Pink, Silver and Sockeye salmon in the spring and early summer and they are different than King salmon but being fresh out of the river with the sea lice still on them was just amazing. I wrapped them in foil with lemon and butter and spices but seeing this video with fresh King salmon makes me want to go up there again.
I fish year round for salmon and steelhead, but l literally have the kitchen pass to fish springers. That's the first thing that runs out in my freezer. That's what we do out here. Toil in the crap elements for that tug. Glad you enjoyed.
Maan that looked like good times. Fish in tin foil is hard to get wrong. I was cracking up at the most expensive fish paired with good ole Busch. I can't wait to watch more!
I'll agree snowing in April is unusual in Oregon but we have had snow in June and July also and ice storms. I never thought of pesto on salmon looks good. 😋🐟
Glad to see you up in the PNW!! Washington is home, and home to some of the best salmon fishing available. You couldn't have picked a better guide... Jordan & the rest of the Addicted crew are top notch. (Jordan is the man). I do love seeing all the varieties you have down in Florida, and hope to dip another line in there soon. Been flounder & grouper fishing, but there are SO many more variety on my to do list. I would be lost tho....lol. Need a guide I think. PS, it doesn't rain 9 months out of the year here 😂 we just tell people that so they stop moving here.
I grew up in Vancouver WA so Oregon has always been a stones throw away. Never really puts it into perspective how cool that is until someone isn’t used to it
Funny enough, I’m currently working at the local salmon Hatchery clipping the adipose fin on chinook and then coho in a few weeks. It’s cool to see all the tiny juvenile salmon leave then eventually return as a mature fish weighing in the teens if not more.
I love watching your reaction when you catch giant fish. It’s awesome. I’m still trying to catch my first salmon on the Oregon coast but am wondering when the best time of year to go is. I head down to Tillamook and Lincoln City quite bit but don’t know where to go. I don’t have a boat so I am looking for a place to fish from the bank. I’ve tried Memaloose boat launch and Mills Bar before on the Wilson River but no luck yet.
There is a huge difference to self caught salmon compared to commercial caught. Commercial caught salmon is dumped into a hold and frozen, blood, entrails, and gills still intact. This adds a distinct "funk" to the fish's taste, and I think that is the reason that many people are averse to salmon. Salmon tastes completely different and is astonishingly delicious when it is bled, dispatched, and then entrails and gills removed, it is the best tasting fish in the world, sadly 99.9999% of people will never know the difference.
Vic love yur show!I've never tasted yur food but it looks great on TV!ALSO if yur thinking about starting a cooking channel DO IT,It's obvious yur passionate about cooking
