Street food in depth and not boring! Yummy boy is always trying to make a good video. Thank you for watching and cheering Price Location Information Pad Thai: THB 120 (USD 3.9) Location: goo.gl/maps/zh... Tipsamai, Bangkok Thailand
Haha i love how some people can complain about oil (which i do agree it is more than i imagined) but have no problem eating super processed foods and then down it with either a 16 ounce Coca Cola (105% daily sugar) or Diet Coke with aspartame. Personally I’d have no problem eating this pad Thai
10:28 Though he uses a lot of plate when in fact he can at least use a plate or two i mean after he transfer the noodle to the egg wrap he can return the plate to the noodles section in that way they lessen the work load for dish washing.
Seriously I was like okay he stopped for a sec only 10 nope prob a dozen no? Okay bakers dozen no?!? Wtf why 14 🤣 looks absolutely amazing tho would die to try some
Don't let the long lines fool you. There are plenty of shops that make a great pad thai. I've personally tried this place and the pad thai was TOO sweet. It was basically like eating sugar. Very overrated. if you do some research, you'll find others who agree about the sweetness of their food.
I think my favourite part was the addition of the eggs. What it shows you is the genius of the wok as a cooking vessel. You can fry eggs while keeping other ingredients to the side, keeping them hot by simply tilting the wok so the heat is applied to a specific location. Great job chef!
Hopefully they washed the eggshells beforehand, and no cracked shells accidentally got in. I've accidentally chewed eggshells in my food several times and it always been an instant vomit inducement for me. 😷😷😷
@@wilsondaniel7865 Yes they are! But this is also a sad story because women sell their bodies because they think it's the only way to support their families. Anyway: if you find a Thai-woman, you will never be #1 but still a very lucky man if you treat her with respect.
@@oliverhelbing8294 you need to change your mindset. Im 100% thai and not all thai girls sell their bodies to men! it is ILLEGAL! not like Germany that you can legally do that. To be honest, all girls around the world would not sell their bodies if they had choices.
.... Why is this so relaxing and therapeutic to watch? Maybe it’s because I love my food and enjoy experts preparing it. This is probably dirt cheap on the streets in Thailand, but it’s probably the best noodles you’d ever have in your life.
Yeah, me too. They actually care about hygiene even when its not a pandemic. Maybe some non-asian countrys should do that too... (and yes i did call thai asian. Hope no one minds)
raul samson Step 1 : take your egg and wrap your middle finger and your pointing finger from the the top of the egg to the center of the egg (make sure the egg is at your palm duh) Step 2 : pinky thumb and ring finger are holding the egg from below Step 3 : hold it tight so it won’t fall and crack the center of the egg and then you retract /pull all of your fingers back like a spider (Or if you are good at playing guitar then pretend that you are playing an F chord with your thumb on the bass instead of barrechord) Idk how to explain it anymore
Likely still a tasty outcome, with the ingredients and how it is prepared with different stages, but clearly influenced by high-demand, high-volune shortcuts... 2 points above all for me: 1) The eggs were cooked well until dry and will become even worse when mixed into the the rest, being that much more overcooked; and 2) What exactly is that at 9:49? At first I though it would be peanuts (a bit late into the process), or something else depending on their recipe, but it seems more like a rejected order being mixed back (WTF?!?)?
@iZEN X...ty mister obvious lol. Let’s math: 11-12 scoops of oil in a wok that makes approx 20-24 servings. Each serving is approx 2 cups/scoops. So each serving is getting approx 1/2 cup of oil! Not even counting the oil used to fry the egg pancake wrap. So yeah...That’s a lot of oil! It’s prob gutter oil too.
@@theyliveyousleep8965 hahaha..about that, if it's gutter oil. I dont know but it makes me laugh..i just keep that laugh to my self, dont want to judge them.
@iZEN X...saying it’s too much oil is not a negative judgement. People have the right to contemplate the ingredients in their food. Especially when people are becoming more health conscious. Sometimes such feedback is a positive thing that can encourage restaurants to make changes.

@@jasonhinkle4083 that’s not what happened at all. The cooked pad Thai is plated before it’s handed to the cook who makes it omelette style. It goes from the fresh plate to the egg fry then back to a fresh plate again so they get the correct portion size. The plate of pad Thai they threw into the wok was one they had leftover that wasn’t wrapped in the egg yet, but was already portioned. It’s likely they mixed it to heat it up again as it might’ve gotten lukewarm being out.
Guys if you see at 3:50 in the background you see one of the cooks serving the food in a plate, my guess is that they do it to measure the right portions, after that the egg wrapping guy takes a plate and dumps it in the egg, the last plate you saw him tossing in there was too short for a portion from the last batch, he tossed it back and mixed it, it's not leftovers. also 🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳
I don't know why some people complained about the amount of oil in that giant wok. There are like 13+ serving in that wok. The oil they used could be just 1-2 tbsp per serving. Not that bad actually.
They are probably the type that go get a burger at a fastfood joint enlarge everything to the max and then order get a diet coke to balance it out... Their excuse is like, they like the taste better... yeah rigth, normal coke is actually healthier than diet coke, I can understand the coke zero, which is about the same as the normal coke but they almost never have that. Not saying coke is healthy, just that diet coke is even more deadly in the long run.
tbh once you learn to one hand crack its easier to get no shell. Challenge yourself to only one hand for awhile. youll be surprised how quickly you can pick up the skill.
United Satans of Amerisreal H that happens all the time at most Asian Restaurants 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I know this cuz I’m Asian myself, they greddyassfuk especially the Chinese Restaurants
@@peacefulworldh9902 no thats not what happened. they are portioning the noodles onto plates to be used where the girl is putting it into the egg. the remaining on that plate was from a portion plate they used in the kitchen.
This looks so good! Props to the chef who is really doing a fantastic job at making that perfect bowl of pad thai and she makes it look so effortless! Never seen anyone scramble eggs like that.
