Fun fact: the RAAF F-86 Sabre's were outfitted better than the US standard counterparts. The US Sabre had the General Electric J47-GE-27 Turbojet which emmited 5910 lbf of thrust whereas the RAAF CAC Sabre had the Rolls-Royce Avon RA.26 which emmited 7500 lbf of thrust. That means the US Sabre could only reach a top speed of 687 mph at sea level ehile the CAC Sabre reached 700. The Armament for dog fighting on the US Sabre was 6x .50 Cal Browning Machine guns with only 1800 rounds total. The CAC Sabre had 2 30mm Cannons with 162 rounds per gun. while flying joint sorties the US pilots wanted to fly the CAC as they had a better chance of survival and fightback against the Migs. Several US pilots even put it up the Chain of Command asking to be supplied with these over their own.

Fun fact: Pakistan hurriedly inducted JF 17 thunder in 2007 which was initially planned for 2016 because India signed a deal with Russia to purchase 200+ Su30 MKI's under licensed production. Brother, you do know that the allies only had access to germany after mid-1945? And all of those projects actually started in 1941, the meteor for example, was designed around the british jet engine, made in 1941, this also happens with the p 80, wich was first designed in 1944
