I haven't got it but I saw it in action earlier today on advance to the rhine I believe in my own lvt (Chinese zis2 variant)and Lord is it scary but effective Thinking back it may have been you if you played it a little off camera to get used to it (the camo makes me think this BTW)

This tank is going to be blasted up in br in no time. Even I can get mad kills with it. I got it as soon as the battle pass released and everyone thought I was using a modded tank lol.
But if it goes up it then will meet things it can’t kill from the front :))) so 2.3 is a pretty good br for this light tank, I don’t really see a reason for it to be any higher then maybe 2.7 at best but even that you know gay devs be like oooh 2.7 boom ha e fun at 3.7
Hey that's me, Maushr00m in the first game! Me and my squad mate were absolutely pissed at how OP your tank were at this BR. Was the first time I went against this monster and safe to say I was traumatized for the night.
I would be mad at how bad Gaijin seem to this day to be at balancing new vehicles they add, if not for the fact it means we get to have more of OddBawz cackling like a pantomime villain testing them out :D
It's the E.B.R. 1954 all over again. I don't see how this doesn't go up a full BR once the battlepass is over. I wouldn't be surprised if they changed it to an SPAA either. They probably put it this low just so people would buy the battlepass knowing that it was going to go up in BR later.
Loved hearing the fun you had Odd, I recently haven't played wt cause I got sick of it but my dad watched me play 2 games and he was having so much fun watching me play the swedish trumpet tank, made it worthwhile, which is like you having fun in this tank
Ahhh yes let me just add this quick, low tier, high pen, fast firing tank to the battle pass. Such gaijin logic, like the hitlerbolt with airspawn. They love to add a veh that has an advantage to dupe you into shilling out cash. Its all fun, but cancerous to the many other players getting seal clubbed.
You see this, switch to HE. With that open top and the open front turret you'll one shot on a turret hit. And weak to any plane, but still it does seem OP

I love when it's talked about these things being op (tho they kind of are at their br) but honestly taking that many hits and not dieing all they had to do was fire 1 HE round but I guess at low tier newer players don't realise 😂

They introduce vehicles at ridiculously low BR so often it has to be deliberate. Introduce it at obviously too low a BR, get everyone excited and want it, they bypass the battle pass and buy it with GE (or pissed off and think "can't beat them, join them") then reduce it later, after introducing another vehicle at way too low a BR. Compare this to the Crusader AA Mk1 at 3.7, no spotting, not a light tank so can't help repair anyone, no secondary .50 cals, can't float (although that's not really any benefit) Poor sods at 1.7 see this thing. And does the game really need another low tier "auto cannon"? I guess the French low tier are the best ones to give it to, the rest of that lineup pretty much sucks, but it won't be available to the plebs who just grind, or don't buy GE. I think the only way to "efficiently" get this and other vehicles via the Battle pass without spending GE is to be a higher level player at tiers 4 and up, and/or have no life and just grind the battle pass tasks. So the new players at lower tiers get to play against yet another OP monster piloted by way more experienced players.. that's fun.
it's so hard to get this braindead community to focus their efforts to hold gaijin accountable like they did in unison during the free abrams debacle, they are an online company, if their social media is nothing but negative they will literally have no choice but to do what we say. There is so much unrealized power in what happened, and everyone is so docile and passive, they seemingly enjoy and joke about gaijins mistreatment and scamming of it's own playerbase, their lies and contradictions, their hypocrisy,. Due to how the outer environment is, I believe this will happen soon enough though, either that or this company will get replaced by a BETTER game, IL2 comes to mind, or the new game where you build your own tanks... This company will be forced to do what it pretends to do or lose, in both circumstances I presented.
i was playing at 2.0 with my friends earlier but i decided to try China, and since i never touched them i only had the reserve tanks that had solid shot, so this thing was the bane of my existence that night

I'm pretty sure the M15 used to be at 2.3 with pretty similar weaponry and that's at 1.7 now. Of course there was a huge bug on the M15 that went months without being fixed

I think they put this thing at 2.3 because the CCKW has the same gun and is also at 2.3. So I’m guessing gaijin assumed that this wouldn’t be as survivable (like the CCKW) and therefore put it where it is
The guy in the back standing is there for moral support!!! Or sweep, catch spent shells, magazines etc... that's what I'd do if I were in his position lol
If they modeled the odd guy in the back standing with one leg on the bench and holding hand and elbow on the side, it would be much more beliveable or nicer overall. Like a sort of relaxed pose of a PERSON that is a part of the world. Someone that would actually behave that way, instead of a manequin with a broom up his.. There are already elements of the tanks that react to the forces when driving. The crew could at least have Inverse Kinematics on their knees, so they would sway with the direction. Right now, the crew in open top vehicles look like structural part of the tank. They might as well be just cardboard cutout targets from a shooting range.. Hey! but we get craters now! yay
said fun comes at the expense of the enjoyment of many new players, I mean just imagine someone grinding america on their stuart and seeing one of these. then getting confused as to why its canon fires so quickly, and wondering why their shots do little to damage it. This one vehicle probably made several new players just quit before experiencing most of the game
the hand cranked turret ran out of batteries, and also it can still traverse without the assistant gunner to turn the traverse crank because a ghost turns it for you lol
Oh boy more really strong premium tanks for people who are really good at the game to club noobies in. I'm trying to help 2 of my friends get out of low tier and this has made it like 50 times more unenjoyable for them
Bring a few HE Rounds and just kinda hit the turret it'll likely knock out the turret crew for sure and if you're lucky it'll overpressure into the Driver area
They release these tanks like this knowing they are busted so they can get people to buy passes to get these tanks because its fun watching all the youtubers so it must be fun for me. Then "balance" it to what they know it should be at in a couple weeks.
