Yeah klose has the most goals. In world. Cup. Next is r9.. ronaldo. Just tries so hard against weak teams... Even compared to messi he always scores tap ins or penalties.in fact of wwe count goals outside the box messi has twice as much
How many years with the national team each?? Messi and Ronaldo were the last ones in that manner.. 16 years for one nation.. silly.. Look at Mbappe,,. He cant even put a goal on his name in national team
Ronaldo can be the TOP goalscorer in terms of international games, but , he can not be the best, because he did not won everything with his team Portugal. Messi is the best player in history in terms of international games, he has won everything with his team Argentina.
Funny how Ronaldo has more international goals after turning 30 than what pele had in his entire life but pele has more international glory it's just shows how much Portugal depends on him
Only players on big national teams should actually be registered. I mean half of the list were random Asian players who probably scored most of their goals on teams who have never been to a World Cup
So why don't we remove the other teams entirely and have football as a European and South American competition? The lower level teams do play the other lower level teams most of the time but they also have lower visibility, significantly lower funding. So they absolutely deserve a spot in the hall of fame for performing well because they are doing the best that they can
@@jackaddict191Football is not the property of Europe or America. but there must be a fair comparison. If one player scores 15 goals in one game against the team of a neighboring school, and the second, in a fight against the best in the world, scores 15 in 10 games, does that mean that the first is better? correct comparison? and how much would the first one score in a confrontation with the best? 15? 2? 0? and this is the truth that is worth understanding!
@@ИгорьНиколаевич-ъ2ы The top international goal scorer list is not a prize man.. It has no monetary benefit. It's simply a list that gives a sense of validation to these players. I agree that some of these players have never played top tier football. But their skills are equivalent to the league that they play in Players like Ali Daei and Sunil Chettri are nowhere close to the top players but they have scored many crucial goals against much tougher opponents and thus they deserve to be in this list
@@jackaddict191 I know this is just a list. but once again: if you believe the list and your logic, then Deai is the second greatest player in the world of all time? seriously? a man who scored less than 20 goals in 3 seasons in the Bundesliga (including the championship season in Bayern)?? but on the same list there are people whom I have never even heard of, although football has been my passion for the last 30 years!
@@ИгорьНиколаевич-ъ2ы You need to read the title of the list I think This is not a list of the best players on the planet and anyone who thinks that should reconsider reading the title. If someone calls Daei the 2nd best player based on this list, that is when we say what you just said. So just to sum it up for you my man Daei is the 2nd top international goal scorer not the 2nd best player of all time
I'm a data scientist and so I am pretty sure stat is definitely biased for reasons. Ronaldo had a lot of chances facing weak countries. He scored so many goals against under 100th ranked European teams in world cup preliminary rounds including A matches even which are much worse than many Asian countries. However Messi played most of his international career against South America teams and only top European national teams because they met in World cup.
