This video is an example of really bad design itself! It is set at such a speed that the first instinct of many viewers will be to pause to assimilate the picture while they read the caption. But when they pause the video then RU-vid's controls (forward, move to the end, volume control etc) appear and obstruct the caption, making it unreadable. The only option I can find is to slow down the video using the settings/playback speed control and hope one of the speed settings helps. One of the first principles of GOOD design is to make the optimum performance setting the default. Pah - you have carelessly made your video a perfect example of what you are inviting the viewers to mock.
