But still atta noodles is heathier option than normal maggi. It has above 80% wheat flour, in contrast to normal maggi having maida. All u need to do is eat real roti also in ur meals to get fibre. Dont depend on maggi for fibre, eat it only for ur taste.

big brands go through random testing by fssai and can face issues if they fake it. But india is the land of corruption so.

Atleast they are not too good to be true values so we can assume that what is listed is 50% ± values. I tried finding on websites but haven't found anything important about it, but what we observe is that companies hide the lables with that middle strip on packaging hence we can say that those are near to accuracy, if that values are in favour of the companies they would have shown them without hiding

If you are talking in the sense of bulk packs of same product have uniform distribution then if the factory is semi automatic then we can say they are accurate or are very very close to. If it's done by humans then there is variation. FDA also provide a 20% ± values relaxation... FDA is Ig of USA so we can say that values are not too accurate not too much flawed they are in between them we can trust partially not blindly but atleast we can trust that these lables are not as much fake as the promotion phrases "Immunity booster, health drink"

yes you should believe on their nutritional value in label as they are all checked by fssai. It can never be wrong otherwise anyone can file a case on both fssai and the company easily.
