Furiously writting as he's speaking..good lord..brain on fire..so i think i got it straight now. from moon nakshatra 4th, 7th and 10th are the nakshatra's we should be working with cause it's where we are in charge. 5th from moon is where someone is else is driving our car. It is from the lord of the mahadasha. Here he was talking about moon in Ashwini nakshstra which is ruled by Ketu. So all the calculations were based on placement of Ketu in Virgo.

The start of Mahadasha is only one for entire life then subsequently follows the rest of mahadashas..so I think it is only for Mahadasha planet..that is your born Nakshatra lord.. is what he mean..

First of all thanks for this beautiful series of 4 videos on Importance of Nakshtras. I am also born in Ketu Mahadasha in Ashwini Nakshtra. When I calculated based on the technique mentioned in the video and calculated my 10th Nakshtra degree-cally from the Nakshtra where Ketu is sitting, I got Uttra Phalguni, and it is said in the video that it would be auspicious for all spiritual practices and sadhna. However, when I saw it in my Navtara Chakra (Janma, Sampat, Vipat, Kshmea, Pratyak, Sadhak, etc.), this Nakshtra comes under VIPAT, that is not good for me as per my Janma Nakshtra that is Ashwini. Could you explain it to me which theory to be used.....? I would be waiting for your reply as I am a student of astrology and looking forward to attain knowledge from this video series.

Question to you and Dr. Pai: if Ketu is my mahadasha lord and it's at 0.53 degrees, then should I look at 0.53 degrees from where my Ketu is placed i.e. 3rd Cancer house for Taurus ascendant? Generally, since Ketu is retrograde do you subtract degrees from 30 to get absolute degrees?
