I am in Pwd department, working as Assistant Engineer.I think in road infrastructure , IRB company is low cost company as it has it's own Rmc and BT plants.It has renewed its tender for Mumbai Pune expressway for next 10 yrs,which is most crowded route in India.Quality of work is good and Road minister has said more restrictions will be introduced for Chinese companies, hence it will have few competitors.

Entry barrier is also one kind of moat. For example Airtel, Jio and Idea will be competitors to each other but new player wont enter as the entry cost and time required to setup towers and gain customers is too high.

Hi Pranjal, I have a query. You talked about MOTE which needs to be considered while purchasing shares but in another video, you gave an example of Wipro wherein an amount of 10000/- invested 40 years back would become 700 crores by now, My query is 40 years back Wipro doesn't have any of the above motes so why anyone had invested in Wipro at that point in time?

I think mote is a only part of investing. Therefore it's not mandatory for all stocks.

MOTE is for large cap companies where returns are not that high but risk is also very low. That time wipro was small cap company where risk was very high. Thousands of companies which started at the same time doesn't exists today. He just gave an example to create interest.
