After 3 weeks in Manila we decided to hop into the car for a little road trip. We went south to explore a bit more of Batangas and we decided to stay in Anilao. We found probably THE best Airbnb in Batangas which is directly by the beach.
🍔 NELLY's BREAKFAST BURGER RECIPE 🍔
1. Put some butter on the buns and toast it in a pan
2. Add Mayo on bottom (I used Kewpie Mayo because it's soooo good!)
3. Add a layer of Romaine or other greens
4. Add a slice of tomato and season it slightly with sea salt
5. Grill thin slices of zucchini without any oils or fats, take them out of the pan and season them with olive oil & sea salt - add it to the burger layer
6. Add grilled chicken and add some freshly squeezed Calamansi
7. Add a sunny side up egg, season it with sea salt and basil
