I'm starting this the hourglass challenge tomorrow...every like counts to me not being obese anymore *update* I finished the challenge and started a healthy diet!! I've dropped 20 pounds in 3 months
I’m thinking of starting it tomorrow. Or actually, I’ve been thinking to do it for a while now. I’m just lazy. Today I took the measurements but did nothing. Maybe I could start tomorrow. Could someone please motivate me ;-;
Chloe Ting is seriously such a model, she is a 100% the definition of an influencer: she motivates us, she encourage us to give the best of ourselves to be the best of ourselves, she’s realistic and totally transparent to us showing us that she too is not always so slim and has to make as much efforts as us (´cause she’s human although she’s a fitness machine on her videos lol) and on top of that: she gives us everything for free. Like seriously she’s the most beautiful person on the planet. 👏🥺❤️
And another thing that really blows my mind is how open she is about how the ads make her money. Like she is so honest and so giving, I love being part of this community!
I still remember when I fast stared working out in June-July 2019 when Chloe ting don't even have 2m subscriber and than boom her 2 week shred got her 12m subscriber I'm really proud of you girl

I want to start tomorrow! Which program would be better for me? (I am an overweight teen) The summer shred challenge or the flat belly one? If I do the flat belly challenge, would it help to lose weight from the thighs as well as my bust & butt?
@@twinkle7607 I honestly had the same problem! I have a heavier lower body, and that's the area I wanted to work on. I did the 2020 summer shred challenge last month. And I saw some insane results. Having said that, it's all about staying active, no matter what programme you choose. ♥️

This is what I noticed (the first one) she said how she actually looks forward to working out and the domino effect.. it's true. After the work out I'm sweating and gross and my heart's pounding and I'm panting but I FEEL good. It's like ... idk how to describe it really, but it's good and I look forward to that feeling every night. And eating smaller portions and, with me I'm counting calories, I don't go over my calorie budget - it makes me feel good. I accomplished something good. I hit my protein intake, I exercised, and I didn't go over my calorie budget - and, at the same time, I love the food I'm eating because they're recipes and foods that I would've normally eaten just in huge portions before. That's why it's a lifestyle and not just a 'diet'. The dad one was my fav though!!! If only because he made me laugh so hard!! The last one - super inspirational! Much love and positivity to her! As for the workouts with Chloe - I love the standing workouts. Those are the ones I'm focusing on right now, I just am super heavy so some of them are harder and I can't do. But I try and I've lost 15.3 lbs as of today and I'm going to keep going!!! Wish me luck!
*I started with her most popular workout in April for a month, I only did that intense abs video and the results were SOO good. Then I started adding other 8 workouts that I do on rotation and I never felt so good w my body. Chloe changed and continues to change my life for the better, Thx Chloe
I’ve tried to do chloes workouts before and always quit but now instead if thinking about the pain I think of the advantages I pushed through and saw such a difference thank you Chloe! Can we just appreciate this girl who posts FREE workouts that actually work. I owe it all to you thank you!
SAME! I had a rough time and had to cut out a lot of planks from her 15 day core challenge, but every other excercise worked me so hard that I still ended up with amazing results for me results video. thank you Chloe! we love and appreciate what you do for us!
@@britleycole3325 yeah I do the regular planks and most of the others but I rarely do the the up and down planks because it really hurts my shoulder blades

i woke up this morning hating my body and just watching this video and seeing that I can make changes to my body by getting stronger and appreciating the body i have instead of spending the day not eating made me motivated to work out. thank you chloe ting 💜

It’s hard to find motivation to do the workouts everyday, keep tracking ur meals, making sure you’re doing good healthy habits.. but it’s only hard, not impossible. We’re all struggling and all in this together, and when we’ll arrive at our weight or just appearance goal, having a strong healthy ass body, we’ll forget about aaaall the pain and see how it was worth it! DON’T GIVE UP GUYS, KEEP PUSHING THROUGH, if other people did it, we can too!
i just have finished my day 24 of 2020 summer shred abs workout.. tomorrow is active rest day.. and believe me i am starting to see my abs. after completing this challenge i will start 35 days summer shred challenge.. and i have also feel like my crush is noticing me now.. which is making me more confident..
I wanna try this challenge, however I am terrified because of my scar from Cesarean Section. Terrified because the pain will be different and the scar might open although it is already 23 months since the doctor open me up. May be if I do this I will record it too to see what will happen to my chubby belly from 26 waist line,now 30 and half. It's hard to lose weight while breastfeeding. Hit like to support me from this challenge 🙂
Workouts are based on each person, that’s why Chloe has a beginner, intermediate and advanced but that doesn’t accompany everyone’s level so take as you need but also push and challenge yourself or else the workout won’t work as well

Just wanna tell you that I lost 4kg in 4 months (I am not doing any diet, I just reduced the amount of food that I eat) and the most impressive thing isn't even the weight loss, because I am not fat, it is the way my body look right now, I'm so toned and my waist looks so small, my body shape just got more defined and I think I look amazing. Thank you, I'll never stop working out!

I finished it yesterday and the reaults are : chest : same upper ab : 27and half inch -> 26 and half inch lower ab : 31 inch -> 29 and half inch arms : 24 cm-> 23 cm thight: 19 and half inch -> 19 inch Im 5'1" bdw .. Keep motivated you guys ❤❤

It's very comforting to know that a lot of people weren't able to complete the first-day entirely because I surely didn't and it was kind of discouraging because I felt like I needed to do everything to the fullest to see the results but it's comforting to know that it's okay to do what you can and not necessarily the whole thing in the beginning because it will get better!
