Makes you realize that the festival kids are very comparable kids to most, just a little bigger and some throw a little harder. With some work lots of kids can be right there.
Not a chance that every single player on the field hasn't reclassed twice. These are "13U" players with moustaches for chrissakes. Also notice how it never says that a player is 13 years old, only that they are a 2028 grad, which means that they could be any age as long as they have reclassed enough times. I would imagine someone who has reclassed that many times gets bullied a ton for playing against kids who are 2-3 years younger to boost their parent's ego
Feel free to go look at their PG profiles, their ages are listed there. Each team can only carry 2 grade exceptions and they still have to be born after Jan 1, 2009. They are all 13 except for 2 per team. I personally know about 2/3 of these players and they are 13 except a few that just had birthdays.
Agreed I played on a 13U team when I was 10-11 and none of the kids I played with or against looked this old, my younger brother who is also 13 now looks way younger than these kids and so do all his friends. I get sometimes kids look older than they are but most of these kids look a good bit older than 13, must be something in the water...
@@enzodiponio5278 definitely a balk. Watch again, the pitcher doesn't hold his leg at the highest point of his knee kick. He allows it to come down just a little and then holds it. That downward movement is what initiated the balk call.
Teach your kids not to do dumb tricks with their mechanics while throwing from the stretch and you may have not lost that game... Teach em the fundamentals first. Double hitching, holding, all that funky stuff just isn't going to help him in the long run and unfortunately cost them the game here.
They used to be sba Marucci national. They’re located about an hour from where I live. Our organization’s 9u team bodied them and my son’s team can never catch them at a tourney we go to. I just wanna know why they changed names
@@PMax6 I got a reply from Derek Vazquez who told me the same. I think it’s awesome what y’all are doing, I just hate the 13u team isn’t from NC. Like area stars Zach all them are from close by
damn umps finally got some balls and called a balk on these kids doing goofy shit when they are pitching... cant intentionally deceive the hitter by doing an irregular motion.
To much jerking into the zone...he has misunderstanding of "framing"! You need beat ball to ist spot and work around or under and catch it oneay back into the zone...then STICK IT! NOT try jerk everything middle middle!
I’m from cali but Haha I’m glad that team from California lost especially cause that dumber 25 was annoying as fuck and the last pitcher trying to be fancy but balked 😂😂😂😂
I mean, I don't get the rolled up above the socks pants, but his energy is exactly what I'm looking for in a teammate. Kid's got passion and love for competition and there isn't nothing cringe about that.
@@Ethan_Coble passion and heart for the game is not flexing and yelling like and idiot and staring into the other dugout. Being goofy and humble is what creates leadership.
John 3:16-17. 16 For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten Son so who so ever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” God bless everybody that is reading this prayers for you all and your family in Jesus Christ name amen 🙏
@@chadmanl2121 I think -8 is 13u rule but believe me they are good but they just had an early grow spurt, once everyone catches up they won’t be so good
@@shamrock21ball10 They’re very skilled, I agree but when you play 60-90 with bbcor at 14u, the game changes. My sons team had a 12u select fest kid, all kinds of accolades growing up. At 14u, he was too small, the bbcor bat was way too heavy and he decided to hold back because he couldn’t hit and was batting 9th on the team. We have kids who threw 70 at 12 and now 82 at 14u with 2-3 pitches. It’s incredible how kids develop. I’ve seen kids who I thought were dreadful at 12 turn into studs at 14. Puberty…. But fun watching these kids play…
That’s what happens when you get all fancy with your windup. Also all ZT pitchers overthrowing the fastball. Come on coaches not one fastball hit the corners or middle of the plate. Teach them the fundamental techniques of pitching. Want to throw fast build up that arm strength. Just cause u load back and throw doesn’t mean u throwing fast. I’ll take a nice windup over and exaggerating one any time.
thats the sloppiest play i have ever seen. the kid got tagged out look how wide he ran out the baseline showing off lol these kids aint goin anywhere come on coach where is the fundamentals at?
