Very good job but a little suggestion when doing a presentation on a new house you should wear flat shoes not high heels as it tends to leave mark on the floor.

$533k house with AC outdoor unit littered around the walls 🙄. What’s the laundry room doing outside? Your living is your first selling point; and this isn’t catchy. Was hoping to hear you say the living wall glass is bulletproof 😂. I am not spending an hour if it isn’t bulletproof in a country like Nigeria. The pool is a hazard waiting to happen… no barer; safety is highly compromised…
